Wild Fig did not disappoint with the most delicious food. Our table got Fish in a bag (halibut), lamb chops, seafood stew and the duck. Everything was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth. We did a trio dessert platter and it was the perfect ending. Everything was perfectly proportioned and we all left with full bellies but not too... More

I had a very special birthday dinner at T he Wild Fig on our trip to Aspen. The staff was VERY accommodating (we requested to be moved away from a table under the music speaker)..no problem. Our waiter was very accommodating and informative about the menu. My husband said he had the best Veal Scaloppini he ever had (and he... More

We had an rehearsal dinner the night before our son's wedding, and the meal was delicious. It was difficult getting everything set up, but once the evening arrived, it all turned out well, with a few exceptions....dessert was abut stingy....Food is extremely expensive in Aspen, and The Wild Fig certainly continues that tradition. But if you are willing to pay,... More

My husband and I ate dinner here for our anniversary. We sat on the patio on a beautiful night - lovely setting but closely packed. Folks were banging into the back of my chair throughout the meal. It was also comical how everyone couldn't figure out how to get into the place - you actually have to weave your way... More

Quiet corner of Aspen is the Wild Fig. A perfect end to the Wild Days enjoyed in Aspen. This meal was a complete pleasure from the front door to the last drop of wine. We enjoyed several appetizers but the main entree was delightful from the first taste on my tongue to the last mouth full, I shoveled it. The... More

The Wild Fig, frequented by the wealthy and price insensitive is definitely overpriced and overrated. We ordered the "fish in a bag", halibut cooked in parchment paper with pastis and herbes de Provence - a good idea, poorly executed. The fish was overcooked and the thyme was not fresh. Couldn't you expect better for a $35 entree? Not even the... More

Four adults, not a kid place, please! Prompt service, wine was good. Kale and fig salads were fresh and delicious. Gazpacho was good. Veal scalopini was very tender and delicious. Husband really enjoyed the daily special risotto with lamb chop. Fagnoletti was tasty, but my daughter found the gnudi tasteless and a scant serving. ( that was ok because she... More

A relaxed restaurant with outdoor seating and wonderful figs in almost every dish. Particularly loved their burrata, figs, and prosciutto appetizer. And the gazpacho with avocado and shrimp, which was a touch spicy. The reason I'm not mentioning entrees is that we went for a light lunch and were full after the apps and soup. No reflection on their mains,... More

We love to eat outside and wanted a nice lunch with good service - which we found at the Wild Fig. Also my husband and I love figs...but I think we would have gone there anyway. We both had creative, light lunches - I had a salad. The food was very good and the service friendly and attentive. The decor... More
