Love this place. Its always full of locals and you feel like you have stepped back in time. It is certainly a nice getaway from tourist crowded Estes Park. The food is delicious.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. It is one of the best breakfast spots I know of. Amazing omelets, waffles, really everything is fantastic. Great for after a hike or just a good hearty breakfast. Large portions and a good value for a good meal. Small so get there early or late, and don't be in... More

Small place, no more than 4-5 tables so get in early. Food was pretty good, definitely worth another visit. Staff is local and not out of towners working a summer gig, so the service is sincere and prompt. Will be back for sure.

This will be a perfect mountain experience for you! I arrived at the rustic and popular cafe close to the 7:30 am opening time, and I was able to choose a table with a view of the " flowered" deck and all of the quaint inside decor. The locals were piling in and greeting each other happily. The waitress and... More

Excellent coffee to start, with a touch of chocolate and cinnamon? Anyway, it's good. Omelettes with avocado, green chili, usual selection and different mixtures, plus the usual breakfast selections, all well done. Get there before 9 or wait on weekdays.

We stopped in for lunch having read the good reviews. Don't be in a hurry if you go here. (We weren't)... There is a sign on the door to that effect :-) The food was very good, but maybe just a bit overpriced. Still, I think it was worth going once for the experience

Locals love this cafe! Walk into a cute little mountain cabin. Take a seat anywhere and sometimes share a table with others and enjoy the conversation. If you are in a hurry, this is not a place for you. Food is good and consistent. Their portion is a pretty good size but if you'd like a smaller portion, 2-egg omelette... More

Meadow Mountain Cafe is a long-standing diner frequented by locals--and visitors are always welcome. The food is consistently good and large portions. I am a carnivore and I love the veggie burger. Go figure. It is a small place with few tables, so in the nice months there is additional seating on the patio. However, don't bother coming if you... More

This place is in a little mountain town. Perfect setting. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you step in the door you are amazed on how quaint this place is. Tiny little place with a very cool rustic feel. Great food. Good service and friend staff. So glad we ran into it.
