Very small cafe, was able to get in and get a table, but not one person greeted us, or helped us within 10 minutes of sitting down. No menu's given to us to look at while waiting or anything. I can't tell you how the food was because we got up and left. I would not recommend or go back.

This is a real diner. Same location since 1947. Bright and friendly place. The locals eat here. Very reasonable prices. We were surprised at the size of the cinnamon roll. If that was all we ordered, the two of us would not have been able to finish it, but we took the rest of it on the road and it... More

Great place for breakfast. Unless you are there early, expect a wait (this place is very popular with the locals). Basic breakfast menu at good prices. Their cinnamon rolls are the best I have ever had and can easily serve as a breakfast for four (yes - they are that big). Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff - but be... More

Rolled in on a Sunday at about 10 am to find a decently busy, but not packed restaurant. Despite this, we were able to find an open table right away (which was still dirty and full of plates). After waiting about 15 minutes, the waitress finally came over to take drink orders. Waited another 10 minutes for her to clear... More

Looked at reviews, and they didn't fail. Definitely a local favorite. Everyone knew everyone in the place. Great breakfast and inexpensive. Didn't disappoint.

So our food and coffee efforts are to try to find the good places where the locals meet. Not that we are anti-chain foodies but yeah, we are anti-chain foodies. This breakfast place is your basic local griddle where there are customers that are called by their first name, the servers call you sweetie and hon, the coffee flows constantly,... More

I was traveling through with friends on the way to Moab. Locals recommended this place for breakfast. It's just a typical local diner with very friendly staff. I had the eggs Alamosa and recommend you do too!

Obviously a local favorite -- this place was hopping on a Friday afternoon! It's quite small, no room for our stroller and every table was booked. We stopped here on our way to Salida, and it is right off the road. I think it would be good for a quick, very cheap stop with decent food, but we happened to... More

We ate breakfast at the Campus Cafe on the advice of our hotel desk clerk, and she was right - the food was great and the homemade cinnamon rolls are HUGE. It comes on a standard-sized plate, covered in a pile of butter and a lake of frosting. When she brought it to our table, we laughed along with the... More
