This was our 3rd and 4th visits to SLV Brewing Co. and we've enjoyed every visit. We came to Alamosa for Zapata Falls and the Scenic Railroad ride and concert. The food is great here - I'd say it's pretty "up-scale" for a Brew-Pub. You can spend about as little or as much as you want - it's all good!

Stopped here for lunch and all three is us had excellent dishes. My friends ordered crab cakes and chicken burger. I had a Southwest chorizo salad. All yummy, and dishes were paired with the beer brewed on premises. Quaint bank building and drugstore cleverly converted to restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

As far as the brewery goes, they have a really nice selection of draughts. However, the food, average at best, is served is a very smoky dining room as they cannot seem to figure out that their grill fan is highly inadequate. When we ate there last week, my eyes burned from the smoke. Then, your clothes smell greasy for... More

Ate here twice on our recent visit which is recommendation in itself. Cool eatery, attached to its own brewery. Great beer, great food and menu, great service. Loved it.

We stopped on a weeknight while traveling through town and were sorely disappointed. With only two tables full in the dining room the only possible table they could seat us at was the booth next to the kitchen. We asked about the seasonal beers that were available and our server didn't know what they were (at a brewery!!). We ordered... More

Friendly staff. Place looked like it could use a good scrubbing. Beer was delicious and cold - I didn't try the food here.

Definitely enjoy the atmosphere here, yet we thought the salad could have been better. Decent wings, Margarita was not so great, but the Alamosa Amber was amazing.

Our party of 4 all enjoyed our meal here. Service, beer, appetizers, sandwiches were all good. There is some outside seating but we preferred inside. Would recommend going early, especially in the summer time, as it filled up while we were eating. Would definitely eat here again.

Had outside seating which was great as we were traveling with a 4 legged companion. Beer was good. Food was ok. Nothing great. They ran out of iced tea. We couldn't get refills. Didn't offer a substitution. Inside seemed to have a low noise level. Our server was very slow.

We went there because of the Tripadvisor rating ... it took 30min to be seated - thats not that bad - but it took 25min for somebody to be interested that we are there and asks how many people we are. Than we ordered food and beer - it took them 1 hour to bring our food. 1 hour! Nobody... More
