This restaurant is a 10. The service, food, wine, beer and atmosphere are impeccable. They keep it simple but ever changing. A real treat. And, its fun to walk around old town Auburn.

Great food, great wine, good service, romantic ambiance. One of the best restaurants in auburn for sure. It's in a really cool building in old town.

The three of us cornered the bar and enjoyed a bottle of sparkling rose. They have snacks and later they have a full dinner menu. They have a variety of seating choices. You can also buy wine to go. We had a great time and the bartender was very attentive. Most glasses of wine are $10 a glass, our bottle... More

We started visiting here about a year after the establishment opened; strictly a wine bar then. The restaurant opened a few years later. It is a friendly "local" place, but everybody that walks in is treated like a local in the bar area. The restaurant space is small and divided into two long, narrow rooms; hard walls and noisy. We... Britany was our server. The calms, Caesar salad and Wygu beef were all excellent, not to mention the apricot profiteroles! They even had our wine club order ready for pickup!

My wife and I were in Auburn to do some river rafting and arrived a day early. It was her birthday, so we wanted to find a nice restaurant. In Auburn, I had no idea as to what we might find. Well. nothing but pleasant surprises! At first, the only reservation was 8 PM. We wanted something earlier, so I... More

Our meal was delicious. We started with their house-cured lemony olives and their Moroccan lamb meatballs. We had just returned from Morocco last week and that wonderfully spiced food was still fresh in our minds. Both the olives and the meatballs were as fine as any we had over there. Not to be missed is their beet salad. We thought... More

Nice local place in Quaint Old Town Auburn! We enjoyed a bottle of wine (Lots of wines to choose from) and had appetizers for dinner. They do serve dinner but we like to have a glass of wine and try different samples of food. Mostly locals and wine club members. Nice and friendly staff.

I have eaten here 10 or more times over the past 15 years. The food and service can vary greatly upon each encounter. My most resent visit was good and not so good. We arrived later than our reservations but the wait was still 15+ minutes; no apology or reassuring words- not so good -- We had a great server... More
