We stopped here for lunch and ordered the corn chowder in a bread bowl. The bread bowl was stale...they dug the center out of tons of them before serving so the inside was hard. The bread wasn't very good. They only put one ladle of...soup in the bread bowl. The soup was okay but not great. The staff was unfriendly and when I asked the lady serving the soup if there was any seafood in the chowder (allergy) she just smiled. Didn't understand a word I said. Would not go here again or recommend it to anyone.More

During our Disneyland visit we chose the French Market for lunch one day. Convenient location with a lot of outdoor seating though on crowded days eat early. You go through a line to select your meal and beverages and after paying take your own tray...out to the seating area. Portions are on the small side but good- I had the pulled pork sandwich. For an after meal treat or simply a snack you can order beignets which they put in a bag with powdered sugar that you can shake yourself. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.More

The corn chowder in bread bowl was perfect for a cold, rainy December day. Lines were long but went fast and there is outdoor seating. Go to the Mint Julep bar for beignets for dessert.

The day we were in Disneyland was unusually chilly, especially since we were there for rope drop at 8am. By lunch time, we wanted something hot so we decided to go back to French Market where we had eaten twice during our last visit to...Disneyland 3 years ago. They still had the corn chowder bowl for $11.49 so we got 3 of those. We also shared a caesar salad (did not eat the chicken), 2 sides of mashed potatoes and a slice of the wedding cake. It all came out to over $50 and that was with my cousin's annual pass discount. The corn chowder was as good as we remembered and everything else was great. There was a line out the door but expected as it was one of the busiest days of the year but it moved fast. Great place to get hot soup and salad!More

The sandwiches and other dishes here are quite tasty. I love the atmosphere and sometimes they have a live jazz band.

We were able to walk right in here two different times during our 5 day visit to Disney. There was no line or just a few people, you choose your selections along the line as you go, pay at the end of the line and...carry your tray out to the terrace. We did not have trouble finding a table, it was nice to sit down and there was enough variety that everyone in the family found something they liked. Live music was a nice, Disney touch. It's close to the Haunted Mansion, train stop. We had the chicken dinners which were good. I need the gluten free version and the servers made my plate separately then brought it out, just without gravy which was fine and much appreciated by me.More

This is hands down, one of the best places to get a hearty meal. We love the comfort foods they offer here, as well as some Cajun favorites. The seasonal treats are also hard to pass up. There is something for everyone here! It is...a cafeteria style restaurant where you just grab tray and load up to pay at the end. It has plenty of table seating, and even allows you to take as little or as much time as you want to enjoy your food.More

Self service place in Disneyland, with a nice outdoor seating area. Had the jambalaya and ceasar salad. It was good.

The Cajun/Creole fare is tasty, but there are often waits at the drink stations. Fronting the Rivers of America, this is easily Disneyland Park’s best counter service restaurant. One of my personal favorites is the roasted chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. Very energizing...for lots of walking around! If you’re lucky, sometimes you’ll catch some live entertainment in front of Pirates of the Caribbean.More

We ate here our first night at Disney and loved it! The food was good - interesting choices for adults, and traditional fare on the kid’s menu for picky eaters. We tried other places during our stay and were very disappointed. We ended up coming...back here because it was our favorite quick service dining in the park. Too many of the other places just offered burgers or pizza.More
