We were taken here for a business dinner and wow!! Started with a chipotle margarita watching the line dancers in the saloon. We then went and had a special menu dinner that blew us all away. Southern fried quail and crab cakes for starters, a perfectly cooked steak with lobster mac & cheese and heirloom tomato and goat cheese salad... More

The menu had a wide selections of steaks and seafood. Most of the items were from sustainable sources and local. The heirloom tomato soup was delicious as well as the beet salad. We had the land chops and "sustainable farmed" Chilean sea bass and the chef did an outstanding job with both. The ambiance was defiantly cozy and romantic. The... More

In the middle of industrial park buildings at the bottom floor of the Extron Electron main building is an unbelievably modern steakhouse. I hear it's Andrew Edwards, Extron's owner, pet project and hobby. He did not cut any corners. This restaurant is beautifully decorated with big butcher block tables and marble bathrooms with individual stalls that have huge wooden doors.... More

One of the best places to go in the area for a good steak as well as a fine selection of other entrees. Next door to the restaurant is their saloon where Cowboy two step and line dancing can be enjoyed, so don't miss it. The menu is a bit pricey but i think you will find it to be... More

This restaurant is a gem. The service was excellent. We watched some monster steaks being served, but both of us had the Sea Bass with a side of roasted vegetables. To start our meal we had the heirloom tomato salad (seasonal). Each dish was perfect, but the highlight was a 7 oz perfectly cooked Patagonian Tooth-Fish (Chilean Sea Bass). We... More

Very nice place, formal casual. Saloon is next door. Parking is off of E. Ball Rd and S St Lewis. Service is very friendly and attentive. Menu has a lot of offerings. We shared the country fried quail(starter) and the fried crab(special), both very good; favorite was the heirlooms beets (salad); lobster mac was okay, really enjoyed creamed corn (sides,they... Had the delightful experience of eating here with some work colleagues. Exceptional food in every way - The steak was an absolute delight and the accompanying vegetables supreme. Well presented - delicious and served in a five star way. Excellent wine cellar to boot. You can always pop next door to line dance it all off.

There's not much you can say bad about The Ranch. The food is outstanding. The atmosphere is perfect. The service was great. It's not the cheapest restaurant around. The entrees are in the $35-$50 range with some of the huge specialty steaks topping $100. Then, or course, the appetizers, salads, desserts, etc. are extra. For three people our total bill... More
