Went here for my retirement luncheon. I've been to Vietnamese restaurants & found my choices very limited. Here, what a great variety @ good prices! I had the curry dip. OMG. Right on the canal. Great parking. You have to try this place.

There are no bad dishes in this place. Between the ambiance and the food & drink selection-- wow. The daily garlic noodle special is superb and their signature cocktails are very unique and flavorful. A good romantic restaurant as well as friends and family or even solo like I do sometimes ~ it is all good.

Dragon Rouge is a Vietnamese Restaurant on the waterfront on Park St. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. There are table outside so that you can enjoy a view of the water although being so close to the Park St Bridge it can get a little noisy but still very nice. The food is very fresh and tasty. The menu... More

We stopped for lunch and sat on the patio. The food is Vietnamese and very tasty! We started with the crispy calamari (fabulous!!) and shared a meat tray with marinated pork chops, chicken, & mango wrapped with beef which we ate with lettuce wraps. The service was great and very friendly. We really enjoyed our time there!

Fabulous, friendly bar service, great Happy Hour prices. Intelligent bar conversation (?!) resort-like view. And the food: Combinations of ingredients I would never have considered. I'll be back, with friends.

Very interesting menu. Awesome spring rolls. The coconut rice was a great compliment to the spicy food. The outside dining is a nice option.

Upscale Vietnamese food in a lovely setting, we chose to sit outside and enjoy watching the paddleboarders and boats go by under the Park Street bridge. Bouncing beef is everyone's favorite- a bit pricey at $18 but it's as promised- flavorful, tender, and I love that it's served atop onions and watercress. Garlic noodles are popular as well and we... Reasonable, fast, and good food. Decent value. Difficult to not always order my favorites so going with a bigger crowd can be an advantage- you get to try more things. Never have had anything I didn't like. Lunch is a great value and happy hour is too. Can't go wrong really!

Tonight we tried Dragon Rouge and were very pleased. I had the chicken spring roll with a delicious sauce followed by their light chicken yellow curry with coconut rice. My wife had the beef tenderloin. Delicious food and excellent service. We will be back!

This is a upscale Vietnamese eatery. It is located in a nice scenic area by the water with a view of the Park St bridge. Has out door sitting and parking within their parking lot. The food portions are small but tasty although pricey. I would go to this place for special occasion.
