Great choice of foods offered. Large portions are served by capable servers. Popular place that has lines of people on the weekends.

Lunch for 2, lots of food, under $40 after a good tip. Large portions. Friendly servers. I love Jim's cafe for it's throw back to old times. A couple of large TVs show sports games. Lots of booths to sit at. And they offer some dishes that "mom served", such as liver and onion (which is really good) served with... More

Sunday mornings the line is out on the sidewalk. Breakfast is consistently good if not gourmet. Service is great. I wonder where they find these wonderful young people willing to work in an old timey coffee shop. What I REALLY want to rave about is the HOME MADE tapioca pudding! Unless you are a fan you probably have no idea... More

If you want large portions of mediocre food at low prices, this is it. Not more I can say about it. Pretty popular local place.

This place is nothing more than your average American greasy diner and super chaotic. The service is fast but no attention to detail and as a result annoying as the servers only strive for speedy service without the quality. Will not go back. I'm sure there will be plenty of other places around with more overall quality.

Jim's is a great place if you like large servings, and you're not looking for anything out of the ordinary. The food is good, just nothing special. The people are generally friendly, and there is a wait on weekends.

The coffee shop is the best place to get together with friends after church, friiends that you see not too often, for brunch and merely exchange hellos and about the past and present.

Great place for breakfast. Variety of dishes, corned beef hash, chorizo, linguica, etc.. I really like the fact that they serve Grits also! Good coffee, plenty of seating and parking.
