There is a wide variety of food available, including for vegetarians and vegans as well as meat eaters. Some dishes are unusual, but everything we have tried is tasty. And the prices are moderate. Service can be slow at times but is very friendly.

Yes, I am the person who goes to the restaurant and orders the same food. Go there for the Kale Casserole. It sounds not that great but if you are looking for comfort food, try it!

Went here shortly after they opened, and didn't see a reason to return. Now, years later, the same experience. It's clean, decent atmosphere, nice servers who know the menu well...the food is nothing we'll return for. And, it's pretty pricey for what you get. "Buttermilk" pancakes for $12 were super dry and grainy, lacking even a hint of sweetness -... More

Love Hugo's. Lots of choices, best breakfast around and comfortable setting. The huevos rancheros are excellent and the pulled pork is very good. Haven't had anything I didn't like there.

...Or vegetarians, or gluten-free folks. With an expansive menu plus daily list of specials, there really is something for everyone. Indeed, it's tough to decide what to order! I am not vegan, vegetarian nor gluten-free, and I love the food here (same goes for my elderly Mom). If you do have a special diet, each dish on the menu is... More

This restaurant is sparkling clean, servers passionate about knowing every detail of the food, down to where is was grown. There is something for everyone, not just vegetarians, but even the meats are grown without hormones or chemicals. This is a restaurant with a conscience. A testament to its quality, the place is often very full, but they kindly and... More

We fell in love with this restaurant during a short stay in the Malibu Hills. The staff was very kind and helpful and you can tell the food was made with love! The ingredients were so fresh and there were loads of vegan options; including spaghetti and 'meatballs' which totally made my day! Go & enjoy :)

This restaurant is perfect for my husband and I. I love vegan, he does not, we both get what we like to eat. Fresh tasting food, great presentations, and staff is very friendly. It is the only place my husband can get his dragonfly ice tea, yummy!

I've been many times and each time things are just a little bit different. The food is almost always as I order it. Sometimes there are little snags. I understand that and don't make a big deal. But, when the service is significantly different each time I'm there, that's a real problem. I can't count on getting my food in... More

Live this restaurant too much. The breakfast salad -oh now I am craving it - is amazing. Get the little corn breads-totally worth the carbs. And the ginger tea -omg. I've had other things and really I don't think u can go wrong. It's a winner!
