The menu offered a wide variety of choices. We chose hamburgers. My Maple Bourbon Tangler had 1/4 pound with fried onion rings with a taste of maple . It was juicy and soooo delicious. The crinkle French fries were hot . It was so big that I barely ate it all. The place was not crowded so service was prompt.

Came here with another couple for a relaxing Thursday evening meal on the patio. We were lucky to get Ashley as our server - she made great local/craft beer and menu recommendations.
Three of us got different kinds of burgers and the fourth got the chicken tenders. Serving sizes are large and the meat is hot and juicy.
The roasted broccoli and Mac&Chz sides were awesome. Only the sweet potato fries failed to impress - they were a bit undercooked and cold. Still, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had fairly good meals and can recommend the quesidilla, chicken parm, patty melt, and mushroom Swiss burger.
The salads were never delivered and we had to ask for things that should have come with the meal like sides and dipping sauces. Overall, our waitress seemed flustered and things took a really long time to come out.
Food could outweigh the wait time if you are ready for it.

I work from home, so when I take the occasion to go out for lunch, I usually have a quick 30 minutes to have lunch. I usually end up taking food home, because I eat rather slowly. The day I went around noon, no one in the restaurant except three waitstaff and a table with mother and daughter that were pretty close to being finished. It took the unfriendly unpersonable waitress to take my order and get my catfish piece and broccoli, to me. Then to get her to take my money so I could go home was another 15, that day a quick 30 minute lunch turned into an hour and a half. So now it is nothing but a casual dining experience for me. You'ld think that with three waitresses that there would over the top customer service, but nope, they found more time to stand at the counter and have a good time. The most I can say is the food is good for the most part, the service is iffy and the dining experience is never the same twice.
PS: Order food one day at 3:30 for a 5:00 pickup (two burgers and fried), got there and they were not ready. When I asked how long it would be, the dining room manager stated 30 minutes?????? Nope. And watch your bill and receipts, those are never the same twice either. Kind of sad, nice place, but never a constant experience.

Our visit was going well until our waitress gave us drinks and then just never came back we waited for about 15 minutes because we know it was busy and we are pretty patient people but she walked past us about 6 different times. She also kept serving people that came in after us. She didn’t acknowledge us once after passing by either. I have never walked out of a restaurant but today that changed we finished our drinks and left.

Best Mushroom and Swiss i’ve ever had in Sharp County and best one i’ve had in months. Took a gamble on this place today to avoid the local chains. Glad we did. Not a large menu but adequate. Desserts even. Carrot cake was delicious! We were greeted upon entry, allowed to seat ourselves, waited on quickly and our waitress Samantha, was courteous, friendly, familiar with the menu and knew how to get our order in and back out. Kitchen was fast! Food was good quality. Im impressed and would recommend and hope to return!

This restaurant was a few towns over from where we were staying, but it was worth the time. The atmosphere was nice as the restaurant appeared new and appealing. Our server was prompt and checked on us often to verify our needs were met. The food was delicious. We would definitely go back.

First time dining at Artisan Grill and we will definitely be back. My husband and I had spinach dip and mushrooms for appetizers and fish tacos and hamburger steak for entrees. To say that this food was absolutely delicious is an understatement! Our server, Rebecca, was very professional and courteous! I give Artisan 10 stars!

We went around lunch time. There was no wait. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Two of us had the chicken bacon wrap which tasted great. One had the Monterey chicken and enjoyed it. The sweet potato fries were delicious along with their homemade ranch dressing. We will definitely be back.

We stopped on our way to Cherokee Village. Girls day out. We both ordered the 3 sides as our entree. The grilled green beans and broccoli were cooked perfectly!!! I do not like al dente vegetables. These were grilled just right. Large menu selection to chose from. Welcoming, friendly waitress. Clean dining area and bathrooms. Couldn’t patio dine due to staff shortage☹️

Well we went back for another visit & tho they're in a new location, the food is the same. Apparently they use a basic red sauce for everything from spaghetti to chili to, sadly, the BBQ ribs. I tried the ribs, thinking, "surely they don't use that sauce for BBQ! " I was wrong. They do. The ribs were tender. But fatty & covered with the same red sauce. It's got so much cumin in it. Everything tastes the same. Like chili. Either I'm expecting too much or this place needs to expect more from it's cooks. The wait staff is ok. Nothing great but ok. I'd rather give this place a better review but I just don't care for their food. I really had hoped the new location meant better food. It does not.

I had stiffed mushrooms, very generous portions, but a bit bland, not nearly enough spice, especially salt! My son had spaghetti. It tasted like chili instead of marinara sauce. He didn't like it. O tried the spinach artichoke dip. It was ok. But nothing special. They've since moved to a new location. I hope the food has improved. I'll be back to see for myself, tho I've read reviews that say it's not so hot.

Great place to eat. The new restaurant is super cool. The food is very good. Nothing fancy just good grill food made from fresh ingredients. The new pork rinds Rock. You can buy them by the bag.

We won't be back. The service was good but it took an hour to get our food. Very displeased in the food. Soggy, not fresh and old meat and bad gravy. Catfish was so fishy. Did tell server but nothing was done. Definitely should have went to Sonic instead. It at least would've been hot and fresh and wait time here was ridiculous for what was served to us. Get it together artisan grill. Or you won't be in business long at all unfortunately
