I was confused by the green shamrock and the name O'Brien. It's actually a Mexican restaurant. Their dining area was much larger than I expected, the meals ranged from about $9-14, and everything was very good. The portion sizes are large. I really enjoyed their Pollo Fundito, a chick chimi smothered with a jalapeno cream cheese sauce. Services was also... More
The hotel we were staying at recommended checking this place out. Such a great recommendation. The portion sizes were HUGE so beware. The margaritas were perfect! Oh, and the service was great too. Definitely recommend trying this place.
We were not sure what to expect since we've never even heard of an "Irish Mexican" restaurant. Ha But since we are from Texas we wanted to sample AZ Mexican cuisine. Some locals recommended this place. We were not disappointed. The service was fantastic! The food was all delicious with great presentation. But what surprised us was the size of... More
Stopped here for a late lunch. The place is hard to find, next to a sports complex and there is no parking adjacent to the restaurant. The service is always great here! They are always very very friendly and accommodating! The shrimp fajitas here are so VERY VERY delicious!I think people forget this place is here because of its location in the sports complex but if you are in the area, try it!

I like this place and always has great service. The food is good and very clean. It is a sleeper as not too much by this place as the center is dead.
Went early for lunch. Hospitality good and prompt service with recommendations. Menu is short but covers the basics. Outstanding flavor to rice and beans. Salsa is spicey. Prices are reasonable. Chicken in the flauta was abundant but dry.
I can't eat out much, but I've safely eaten here a few times and it's been a real treat. They make their own corn chips (in a separate room in separate oil from the gluten food), and they're fantastic. The salsa is fresh and hot. I usually special order bean tacos, because tacos aren't on the menu (??) with beans... More
