Great Pizza

We first visited this pizza place a few years ago while on vacation from Germany and visiting our daughter that lives in Auburn. We were impressed at how good the pizza was. Every time we visit our daughter we have to stop in to Little Italy for pizza. The last time in, we tried their meatball sub and Stromboli. We were not disappointed. The food is always consistent and very good. I highly recommend Little Italy Pizza in Auburn, Alabama.

Enjoyed our pizza!

My husband and I enjoyed a thin crust pizza for dinner. The crust was not as thin as we expected but it was still good. It took almost 30 minutes to get our pizza so plan accordingly. The restaurant is a little loud but outdoor seating is available.

Great pizza from an unexpecting place

Had dinner here during a visit to campus. The place does not look like much from the outside, but the food was great. The pizza was excellent. The beer was cheap, good and cold. Also had a great Greek salad. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely go back.

Skimpy toppings for the price

This is New York style pizza so there is a very thin crust. We got the special with 5 toppings and while I think they were put on the pizza, they were so small and sparse that they were hard to see let alone taste. The pizza does not reheat well since it is so thin and I felt that the price was high for what you got. I am also pretty sure that they forgot to put the pizza in before I got there because at first they couldn't find my order and then it was about a 15 minute wait for a pickup.

Mean girl at counter

So we went on a Saturday afternoon and town was busy. You walk to the counter to so as we are looking at the large menu board my wife accidentally bumps the wet floor sign ( no wet floor anywhere by the way) before she could even think about picking it up the rude girl behind the counter shouts wonder if she is going to pick it up. Yep works and customers are now trying to see what the commotion is. If you do not like people and feel you need to be sarcastic and rude to customers then the hospitality industry is probably not a wise choice. Under normal circumstances of course we would have picked it up. We always take good care of our servers and staff because we love the industry. So mean ma'am next time why don't you get off your high horse and remove the wet floor sign when the floor is dry. Maybe then you don't have to bitch out a customer and embarrass them. Naturally we turn around and left without ordering. Don't recommend them and will never return.

Never again !!!!!!

Very disappointed....order placed at 7:30 p.m. for delivery at 8:30 p.m.!!!!! We had to go pick them up at 9 p.m....no one answers the calls...and no commercial gesture whatsoever!!!! Shameful.....not recommended....never again.....

Pizza okay

Pizza was good, but I've had better. Thin crust was good, skimpy on the toppings. Wait time was about 30 mins at 1:30 pm, and not that many customers

A popular beer and burger place

Unprofessional and rude staff

Very rude staff. Not coming back. It was my first time eating here I ordered a pizza + soda but I didn't understand when she said "water cup", my friend and I had soda, 1 minute later this lady came by with an angry attitude, took the sodas away, brought 2 new glasses and said that we didn't pay for sodas. She thought that it was better call to throw the soda away instead of telling us to pay for it. We paid right away and got glasses. I tried to explain the miss understanding but I just got answers with a bad attitude.

Great pizza 🍕

Ordered a couple of pizzas for pick up and were very good! Staff was courteous and efficient, pizza was ready quickly and was easy in and out!

Great college town pizza joint!

For what it is, it is great. You order your food from the counter and get your beer in a plastic pitcher. If that is good for you, then this is the place to go.

Good pizza, wished they delivered or answer their phone.

We tried their pizza many years ago so decided to try them again. We tried all afternoon to call them but the phone must have been left off the hook. We drove into town and picked a pizza up ourselves as we were told at the hotel they didn’t deliver. The pizza was good with a little kick from the sausage and a nice amount of fresh mushrooms. They do seem to sell a lot of slices but we went with a whole pizza. We enjoyed it and would have again if in town.
