I've always had good service at every visit. There is hardly ever a wait for a table or a meal, yet everything comes out fresh. The sweet tea, cole slaw, and cheese grits are among my favorite sides to order. My go to dish though, is almost always the Shrimp & Grits. Great atmosphere for the price!

Food was excellent, between the 6 of us there was lots of variety. Pork chops were very tender, clams & shrimp were moist and tender. Service was the best. Overall a VERY GOOD experience.

David's always has very good food. Wonderful catfish and slaw that is always sweet and oniony!! if the service was bad it had to be a circumstance beyond their control. That does happen sometimes. Just because it is a public place to eat, does not mean they do not have things happen. Be Love. The food and service is great.... More

David's is locally owned and the owner can often be found visiting with the customers. The cajun shrimp and grits is always a favorite!

Have eaten here several times at lunch on business trips. This was our first visit for dinner. Wife had catfish, baked potato, and slaw. I had the seafood platter. Catfish was mushy with no flavor. Her baked potato was over cooked, hard, and cold. The only thing she enjoyed was the slaw....very good. My shrimp and oysters were average. The... More

I don't know if it's the owner or manger that walks around asking everyone is the food good but I think that is a... More

Love the food and atmosphere here. Didn't have to wait too long. The portion sizes are great, and the price is very good. We love to eat here a couple of times a month. Can't wait to visit again.

Nice restaurant. Food is good. The Shrimp and Grits are wonderful but so has been all on the menu. Their trays are great for family or business functions.
