“Fun and relaxing eating pizza outdoors”

A beautiful fall Saturday makes for great pizza and wine outdoors on the patio enjoying the ambiance of the D.C. suburbs. We ejoyed two "Smokey" pizzas and a meatball version. Delicious.

We enjoyed a starter of the arancini, and cool cocktails before enjoying the awesome personal sized pizzas. Pick for a list of house specialities or choose your own custom toppings. Great pizza, with a terrific crust. It's a funky vibe in this pizza joint, where you can play ping pong while waiting on your table.

Maybe the best pizza I've ever had. We ordered the meatball app. It was so good we ordered a second one after our pizza arrived to dip our crusts in the sauce. My wife and I had a white pizza and a traditional pie with pepperoni and their house made sausage. All pizzas are personal size so this was perfect.... More

By far best pizza I've ever had. True brick-oven style, the sauce is great, and good size too. Really cool atmosphere, in a great part of town. Ping pong tables are a great place to be while waiting. We have learned the hard way that having a car in D.C. Is not a good thing. The only reason we even stopped is because we could find parking! Fabulous menu, terrific pizza. I mean really terrific. “THEIR WINGS THO?????!!!!”

stumbled upon this place a few years ago and it still remains my #1 place for amazing wings... their signature wings deserve all the attention despite being on the menu with some amazing pizzas, they still beat them.

“Placing a group of 4 at a table for 6, and thus making us wait for 35 (!) minutes”

The start was off, we (party of 6) arrived seconds after a party of 4. They were placed at a table for 6 which created a wait of 35 minutes for us. There are not that many tables for 6, tables for 4 opened up after 10 minutes....Salads took for ever to arrive, no refills of drinks (...), the pizza's... More

“Retro, edgy, but family friendly”

When you first walk in here you will probably look around and check that it is safe. The walls are bare and unpainted. It is slightly dark and it has that rough and tumble feel, although there are some touches, like the lighting, that demonstrate that the design has been thought through.
