We came by late in the evening looking for something small to eat. We had foie gras, salmon tartare and a couple of desserts. The servers were busy, and very helpful. They had some quick wine suggestions when asked, and they were excellent. Wonderful food...More

Great experience from making same day reservation through end. My sister and I recommend being seated on upper level as it more spacious. Food fantastic! Polite staff. My foie gros was to die for!! I will definitely return!

La Piquette is a small bistro in a nice residential area of the District. The noise level is daunting when they are busy, but the food is worth it. The skate was delicious, as was a beet salad. Service was good and the prices are...More

We go to La Piquette every couple of months, and whenever we do, we wonder why we don't go more often. The extensive, varied, and regularly changing menu always offers a number of delicious dishes -- ones not always easy to find in Washington. We...More
