Amazing!!! Worth trying to get reservations to eat here. Managed to get a table for two about a week out. Could not modify the reservation to add one more seat so know your reservation. It is tight so they try to accommodate accordingly. The kale appetizer was a melt in your mouth flavor experience. The waitress recommended it as we... More

We made a reservation at this restaurant a month before, and could only get a 10:15 pm reservation. We quickly learned what the fuss is all about. Ultra-fresh, fabulous food at fairly decent prices for DC. If you are in the city and love Indian food, do not miss this place!

Eating lunch at Rasika was a great experience! The service was very nice, and the food portions were extremely large and tasty. I ordered the eggplant chili garlic and the olive flatbread. Both were flavorful and very enjoyable.

Had a good meal there. I highly recommend the vegetarian dishes (the famous crispy spinach appetizer and the okra and eggplant as main courses). The meat dishes were fine but not great (the duck was a disappointment). Average biryanis and breads. It's a very good restaurant but perhaps a bit overrated. You can find just as good in London, NYC,... More

This is a restaurant that I have frequented many times both with work colleagues and personally with my wife. Weeknights are often very busy prior to 9pm so it's often advisable to book ahead. Great fusion of modern cuisine with your "traditional" Indian. They do a set dinner with around 7-8 courses and even a vegetarian/vegan option which is very... More

We love indian food, especially chicken tikka masala. We love it so much that during our tour of the U.S. and Canada we have actually eaten it in several states all over the country in the past two months. For some reason this indian restaurant which is number 3 on Tripadvisor had the worst chicken tikka masala either of us... More

I work near the West End location and our office orders lunch from here fairly regularly and I eat here with friends after work or get takeout pretty often. I can say, literally everything on the menu is delicious BUT...YOU CANNOT COME HERE AND NOT GET THE PALAK CHAAT! It's like a drug. You should also get the cauliflower, it... More

Lovely atmosphere and good service but we felt that the choice of curry was not as extensive as we are used to

This was the first time for our group of four to eat Indian food and it was fantastic! We had a reservation, which I highly recommend, and we were seated right away. The drinks we ordered were unique but very good! We ordered a fried spinach appetizer that was delicious!! The chicken tikka and the fish special were the tables... More

We are from the UK so our curry standards are very high. The food here is at the high of the scale of what we are used to, but at about twice the price, hence 4 stars not 5. Also the service wasn't the most friendly (eye rolling at questions etc). Decor very flash though, and if you are not... More
