This restaurant in the Hyatt west end (formerly Melrose) offers an extensive menu in a modern (somewhat) noisy setting. Excellent service. The house smoked duck is special.

Been there again for breakfast/bunch a couple of days ago. So good, eggs cooked well. Not so often the poached eggs are cooked well anywhere... Great service, fresh drinks, amazing atmosphere. Delicious.

Had breakfast there everyday, tried about almost everything on the menu between the 4 of us. The pancake, waffles, egg benefit (with oyster) are our favorite. The services are excellent and attentive. Highly recommended.

Like always, every dish was delicious...what keeps us coming back though is the impeccable service. This was our second time having Shankar as our waiter and he did an amazing job!

Blue Duck Tavern, a contemporary neighborhood restaurant, invites its guests to gather and celebrate in good taste with a menu focusing on the freshest ingredients available from local purveyors and artisans. The menu notes every farm where the main ingredient for the dish was raised before its journey to the table. Dishes are genuine, time-honored and traditional -- slow roasting in wood embers, braising, preserving and smoking techniques bring the true flavors of America's great, simple and wholesome foods to the Blue Duck Tavern. The restaurant has an elegant residential feel through the open staff pantry and kitchen, wood-burning oven and the showpiece Molteni range.
