Pretty average all round. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Tipping for average food and service is a nonsense. Service should be included in the price. It's not like the food is cheaper.

Went there to have a business lunch and the atmosphere was just like in Ireland (People drinking and singing at daytime). Really liked it!
The wait staff were friendly and efficient and the drinks were reasonably priced. Two pints came to $16 including tip.
Typical dive-ish bar.. locals were annoying.. beer taps may need to be cleaned and the temperature checked to ensure optimal coldness since they tasted warm
For a mid-range restaurant, the waitstaff could have been a bit nicer. The sandwiches were good, but portions were on the small side. My boyfriend needed a snack afterwards to actually feel full.

I have gone to Kelly's to watch World Cup games, have a Saturday lunch, visit with folks after work or even a midweek lunch. The staff has always been great. They cut the menu down a bit. I love the hot pretzels...tater tots never hurt...More
