Not only was the food delicious and inexpensive but the whole experience was a delight. Limited choice but lovely authentic food and teas.

What a wonderful dinner we had. The tea dinner is only $14 and it was more than I could eat. A massive selection of teas, and wonderful service!

This is a lovely little neighborhood gem. You can sit on the floor w/o your shoes, or sit at a table. The food and tea are delicious. This is a wonderful place to meet a friend.

A quaint little place in Georgetown with the option on sitting on the floor or sitting at a table. Tea and food served in the traditional Asian fashion. Loved it!

I've not tried their food options yet, but really enjoy their tea selection and relaxing atmosphere. For tea lovers, or anyone who wants to recharge for a bit, check out Ching Ching Cha.

We celebrated my son's birthday at Ching Ching Cha. It was fun to sit on the floor around the square table on cushions for our meal. (You will have to take your shoes off if you choose this option.) It was enjoyable to learn about the tea and experience the tea ceremony. Our server was absolutely delightful! The kale salad... More

If you're looking for an alternative to your trendy coffee place, try out this authentic Chinese tea house. Exotic tea is served reverently in a chemistry set of glasses and cups, each tea brewed differently to bring out all its characteristics.

In the middle of all of Georgetown's cavedweller swank and hipster bustle, it is a great pleasure to stop by Ching Ching Cha for a moment of utterly blissful tranquility. There is no better assortment of teas in Washington DC, which is saying a lot as this the the tea-ist town in the country. The menu provides good descriptions and... More

Ching Ching = "best of the best" Cha = "tea" Yes, the tea was good and well presented. But this place is not as legit as Lonely Planet would have you believe. Sitting on the floor is Japanese, not Chinese and while the food was ok, left hungry and with a light wallet. Also, our waiter literally had a piece... More
