Came here on a whim one evening after work. It was restaurant week and the food was amazing! The sushi was delicious and fresh. The rooftop was a perfect spot to decompress after a day at work. I would definitely come back again.

Perry is located near the corner of Columbia Road and 18th Street. This place is one of the old establishments in the area. Good sushi with reasonable price for Happy Hours. The second floor room (drink bar and sushi bar) is nicely decorated. Fresh fish that you can feel and smell with excellent presentation. The service is quick and good... More

Great rooftop dining scene. Sushi and other dishes were good, but not great. To me this is the type of place you go to for the location and the trendy "scene", rather than the food. Prices are steep and the portion size small, so this is not the type of place to go to when you are hungry. Service was... More

Great service for late night drinks on the roof deck. Great atmosphere and a chill vibe after dinner and a movie. Nice wine and cocktail selection.

Had a truly imaginative array of tastes among the 12 dishes we ordered. Of note was the Hamachi Crudo. The wait staff were very helpful in describing dishes when we had questions. They also let us eat at a leisurely pace without pressure to give up the table. After eating went upstairs to their rooftop space. If it had not... More

they have a great selection of foods to order from. we ordered some sushi and rolls and they did not disappoint. the food was very fresh and tasty. It's priced well for the quality and portion size of the food and their location. there is a parking just around the corner, if you are willing to pay for it. otherwise,... More

Past its best. Get ready to be fleeced. Lively show but has lost its sparkle. Needs a refresh if it going to be worth a next visit. Not family friendly at all.

We were pretty much an inconvenience to the servers and bartenders. Our server took forever to take out order, bring our drink, and return the check, and the bartenders ignored us. The only disappointment in DC trip so far.

Our food at Perrys last night was superb. Excellent, fresh sushi and sashimi and an interesting and tasty starter of crab balls made for an excellent meal. The room, moreover, is large and lavish in a tropical colonial kind of way, and the throng of millennials on the roof bar made its attractiveness all the more appreciated. Two complaints: Service... You do need a reservation - and a credit card to hold that reservation. If you or anyone in your party does not arrive, they will charge you anyways! Anyways - this place was great. The food is buffet style, so at first there was a bit of a wait. However, all the food was really good and the buffet... More
