Very expensive but average food. The waiter didn't warn us about the seafood dish we ordered that turned out to taste good but was almost inedible because it was so spicy!

Full menu of seafood options with some good red meat choices. Not much if you are looking for chicken. Service was very good, white table cloth and extensive menu.

We went twice on the last visit to DC, both nights were fabulous in all areas. The service, selections, cocktails, etc., were all spot on. Two more great evenings at Oceanaire on F Street.

Really great seafood here in a busy restaurant but service was erratic and they forgot to bring the tea and coffee we ordered at the end. Glacial aircon!

A contemporary feel with a nice menu. Service was good and the kitchen kept the time between courses to a minimum. My appetizer of steamed PEI Mussels disappointed. A good number of unopened mussels and some that were not thoroughly cooked. At a sushi bar,...More

Yes, it's expensive and they do have crab legs. We consider it an occasional splurge to go here. P.S. Their crab cakes are good.
