Fresh and tasty Chinese, Japanese & Thai food. Hot & sour soup had fresh mushrooms, scallions & tofu. Kung Pao shrimp had traditional Chinese vegetables. Don’t except anything fancy if you dine in, but it’s clean with good service. Recommended!

This basement Chinese restaurant is near to the place I stay in DC and it is a go-to option if I want something hot and quick but I wouldn't recommend it beyond that. The menu is extensive -suspiciously so. If you are feeling peckish try...the fried tofu as a snack and the garlicky cucumber and sesame salad. Avoid the stir friend broccoli - undercooked broccoli swimming in a a ghastly brown sauce- awful! The hot and sour soup is a goopy brown version of the original, but I order it on a cold day for a quick pick-me-up.More
Ate here as our hotel could not provide any dinner. It's in a rather gloomy basement, cluttered with boxes of disposables etc. Food was pretty average and although it was cheap I really can't recommend
Although the restaurant is very simple, the food is great and the people are very friendly! We tried several dishes from the menu (we did not know any of the dishes, but they all were cooked deliciously!)
Excellent food. Staff is very nice. They are more than happy to go with your requests about the food even if you have some special Dietrich requirements. Would visit again definitely if in the area
My son and I always visited Meiwah on M, but we discovered that it was closed. We decided to find a new Chinese place. We found One Fish, Two Fish and thought we'd give it a try. It is definitely not a fancy place, but...the food we got was very good. I had the Mongolian Combo with Beef, Chicken and Shrimp. It was excellent. Best I've had in a long time. My son got the General Tso's chicken and said he thought it was better than Meiwah's. We only get to DC once a year, but we'll definitely come back. And the prices were very reasonable.More
Staff were very Friendly. The Shrimp and Beef spring roll were a bit short of filling, but every thing else was wonderful. The Main of "Happy Family" a mix of seafood, beef, chicken and vegetable was excellent, all at a reasonable price. They also deliver....Gets my recommendation. Pete WilliamsMore
We stopped in after a hot afternoon in site seeing with the DC crowds; it was cool and surprisingly delicious. I had an amazing tuna sushi platter (tuna lovers) with a yummy ginger salad. Others in my group had duck, a bento box and other...yummy dishes. The restaurant is not very big but I heard it’s a local favorite from the graduate.More
We were visiting GW and this restaurant is listed on the GW area restaurant guide. We were the only patrons in the restaurant. But the server which I believed was also the manager forgot my order multiple times. She forgot the drink order, one of...the appetizers and my actual dinner. I was ready to cancel since my entire family was almost finished but she insisted to bring the dish out. She had poor communication skills. I finally received my eggplant curry dish but it was doused in too much sauce. I suggest trying takeout next time.More
This restaurant is below ground level. Cute place, small, friendly owners/servers. Our server even gave two extra bags of fried noodles to my younger son, an extremely picky eater. They had a wide variety of food on the menu, and everything we got was tasty.
Went past it at least 5 times before we realized it was there. Clean, friendly staff, Good food, portions and prices. They also deliver. Pan-Asian Restaurant.
The staff here were very polite and welcoming unfortunately the food didn't do it for me. Its obvious the shrimps had stayed in the freezer for a while so zero freshness but dry. The whole dish felt so unhealthy. Sadly, I won't be going back....I ordered Singaporean noodles with shrimps.More
Cafe style restaurant serving wide range of Asian food including Japanese. Food is very good with large portions at very reasonable prices. Many Asian customers which speaks volumes about the food quality
I read other reviews and decided to give this place a whirl. I got delivery through GrubHub so I can't speak on the actual restaurant atmosphere but I will tell you that this sushi was just what I was looking for. Nice big selection, great...descriptions and accurate execution. I also ordered miso soup with my dragon roll and Philadelphia roll and it was piping hot when it arrived. I certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for quick and yummy sushi!!More
The consierge at our hotel recommended One Fish Two Fish to us when we asked for a good place that would deliver to us. We are so glad he did. The food was amazing. I had Mu Shu Chicken, which is usually served with two...small pancakes. One Fish Two Fish gave me FOUR! Everything was so fresh and good. Next time I'm in DC, I would love to visit this place in person.More
