Our teen grandkids loved this place. We tried both savory and sweet. Everything was delicious. The only downside was the very limited seating on a cold rainy day.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick breakfast and fell in love..with their waffles! We read the reviews but were wary. It’s a small place bit Linda’s personality makes it fell like home. I had the sausage, egg and cheese and my wife...had the bacon, egg and cheese. I’m a sandwich person and the waffle was an excellent replacement for bread. It was light, crisp and delicious. This was close to our hotel so we decided to check it out. All the breakfast sandwiches are served on light, fluffy waffles. I had the bacon, egg and cheese and my husband had apples. Both were scrumptious. It's a walk up, order and try...to snag a seat place (about 8 can eat inside, may 12 outside). We will definitely go back! The woman who took our order was just delightful; it's like you were having a meal in her personal kitchen and she wanted you happy! It was super busy but the service was super fast.More

Smaller than expected However food was yummy, we didn’t realize DC was big on the waffles. We had lunch savory sandwich, it was great! Dessert options looked amazing. Gluten free and Vegan options!

This was on my list of things to try while visiting DC and it did not disappoint! The Wicked Waffle is in a small location but larger than life friendly staff and tasty waffles. They are light and crispy and delicious with a variety of...ways to order them including gluten free. We are not a gluten free family but they did a wonderful job of reminding us that they have GF options. Because these waffles are so light and crispy they can be eaten at anytime of day. We had one waffle with scrambled eggs and another with bananas and powdered sugar ... we enjoyed the light breakfast and excellent service.

My wife and I ate at the DC location and each had The Works. We loved it so much we went back, even though we were only visiting DC for 4 days and had a ton of other options. It was delicious, and the staff...was great.More

Hey, If you just want a waffle to start the day you can get it. If you want a waffle with all the cream, fruit and a side of bacon you can get it. A breakfast sandwich of all sorts...you can get it. Cheap! Service...fast, friendly and people watching the best.More

Wicked Waffle catered a brunch I had 9/2019. They were fantastic. Excellent communication, delicious food, and very cheerful. They catered to all the dietary restrictions of my 50+ guests, and everybody loved the result! Definitely recommend hiring them for your next event!

Great waffles - We mostly got savory ones, all of which were good. I especially liked the peking duck one. The coffee was decent as well even though it's not their specialty. The only drawback is not a lot of seating, so come on a...not-as-busy time like weekday 10am was fineMore

Heard great things about Wicked Waffle, and we were glad that we tried it. We wanted the blueberry waffle, but since they were out of blueberries, we had the strawberry. Very tasty, quick service. Small place, but there is outside seating.

What a great place. Lovely food but even better is the service. Soooooo friendly and genuine. Beautiful to experience.
