It's a relatively small place and the atmosphere is very laid back but quite nice. The food was amazing and you get a LOT of it! There wasnt a single item that I didnt enjoy (the cornbread was especially good). The cocktails are also very...tasty and everything seemed to be priced right for the area.More

We were visiting DC for our girlfriend’s Bachelorette and stopped here for drinks after Pole Dancing class. Jack took great care of us and put up with our wild bachelorette shenanigans. Food and drinks were amazing…definitely will be back

A friend and I went during happy hour and shared the pork tacos and bbq pork sandwich and added the corn and baked beans for sides. Everything was delicious, so we added desserts that we didn’t plan on. The fried apple pie and banana pudding...were so good! I like trying new places, but I’d definitely go back here when back in DC.More

Terrific service- prompt and efficient. Great tender ribs. Plenty of BBQ sauce. In fact there was so much sauce I scraped some off the meat. Tasty coleslaw. Nice interior. An enjoyable and tasty dinner. So glad i visited.

We were happy to be able to sit outdoors to eat. They have a great kids menu - they loved the pork tenders. Everything was good, but the standout for me was the "Face Bacon." I've never seen this anywhere before, and holy crap the...fat just melts into deliciousness to meld with the meat when it hits your tongue. I hope to return to shove more "face" into MY face. The staff were all great and attentive. Our server, Anthony, was personable, kind, and interesting. Hope to see him on the Opera stage someday soon!More

We have a couple of dishes that are more suited for children but no 'kid's menu'. Our sister restaurants Logan Tavern and Commissary are much more accommodating
