I really liked this place, it's very comfortable and you get your food quickly even during the rush hour, but as for me, it would have been better with several salads in menu, because if you don't like burgers and just want to spend time with your friends, you'll have nothing to eat. All in all this place serves good... More

Heard so much about this place but it's just anot over priced fast food joint. Sitting area really small, crowded, not very clean.

Everyone talks about this place but honestly couldn't figure out what set it apart from any other burger restaurant. The only cool thing was that it offers puppy treats.

Burgers were well done when I asked for medium rare. It's like eating charcoal. If I want charcoal tasteless burgers I could easily go to McDonalds and save 50%.

Awesome everything. Accidentally ordered a mushroom burger, as in no hamburger, just a mushroom patty and it was amazing!!!

We visited on Sunday evening, so the place was not overly crowded but had fair number of people. We had 8 people in the party. We waited about 15 minutes for the food. I have mixed feeling about the service. The greeter was very friendly and engaging. The cashier was not really attentive and a bit blunt. She didn't even... More

Just like the name says, their shakes are excellent. Their hamburgers are yummy with some non traditional toppings that make them original. Carry in or out, good service, not as fast as fast food, but the food is much better and worth the wait.

First time trying the iconic burger place. We really enjoyed it. The bacon was killer, the the cheddar sauce delish and shake was great. Very good but pretty expensive

We stopped into the Shake Shack for lunch on a Friday afternoon with my family. The food was good, but $10 for a buger without fries is quite pricey. Not a place I would consider "a cheap place for lunch" as google recommended. I also believe I saw 2 illegal deals between employees and "guests" ( one at a table... More

Rush hour at DuPont circle on Friday night. The lines are long and the party-goers are hungry. We ordered burgers and shakes. I paid about $14 for what I'd pay less than 10 anywhere else. The shake was small, the burger was just patties, nothing else. I had to get back in line to get toppings. Come on guys!

Thank Derek W
