Reservation recommended.......fairly classy restaurant with very creative menu. Three of us order various items and share.....each item was outstandingly great. And do have the Flourless Chocolate Cake if chocolate runs in your veins.....share it. It’s strong and rich. Observant and helpful staff. Go.

The Cap Grille on Pennsylvania has been the best steak house in Washington DC for the last 20 years. Quality of food never disappoints. Service is always top notch. This standard doesn't come cheap but if you can afford the meal, you won't be sorry.

Very very good place. The food is exceptional but it is really expensive. If you have money to throw away, you will really enjoy the food.

Our experience here was excellent. Our waiter was wonderful and the steaks were delicious. We also enjoyed the lobster mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. This was the best dining experience we had in DC!

Capital Grille is supposed to be the place where the great and good in DC meet. It’s a fun place with a nice relaxed atmosphere and quite good food and service. But it is not a gourmet restaurant it is more like an up market...More
