At Bourbon they serve one of the best steaks I've ever had in the US. The meat is just amazing, and the way it is cooked is perfect. The restaurant has three different ambiances: one more formal, the bar and patio. Try to get a table in the patio if the weather is good! Their cocktail list is very interesting... More

My family and I visited Bourbon Steak on our recent visit to DC. The food was perfect, the service was outstanding. The staff were very good at pairing our wines with our food. They also went out of their way to accommodate our children. The only downside was the price. However, for impeccable service, you will pay for it.

Let's face it- the Four Seasons in DC has a built in clientele. The restaurant does not have to be good. This one is. Very good in fact. The wine list is very thoughtful - many by the glass choices. And you have a wide variety of choices. Neither one of us wanted beef- but we had plenty of choices.... More

What a nice restaurant, very good service, can even be a bit overwhelming. Wagyu steak tartare was nice but not impressive, wagyu off rib and NY strip had too much salt. Such a shame because the taste was awesome. Also the fries had too much salt. Wine advice was good. Beware of the price level on tripadvisor though, this is a... More

I am not usually a fan of Steak Houses located in hotel lobbys, but this one is worth the trip. Great choices and perfectly cooked and seasoned steaks make this one of the best, if not the best, places when your looking for steak.

After a long day of dealing with airport security, flying into Washington, checking into our hotel, and getting settled into our room, we were looking forward to using our reservation at the Four Seasons Bourbon Steakhouse and getting something to eat that was more substantial than airline peanuts. As we were brought to our table, we all sort of melted... More

This is located in the Georgetown Four Seasons. We were staying in the hotel so we ate here twice during the stay. The food and the service were fabulous! I had to make some special requests for my dinner and the waiter was so nice about it and the chef did exactly what I had asked. So nice! The truffle... More

This was my second visit in as many years and the experience was exceptional - again. They cater to your every need and want and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We were especially impressed by one of our waiters, Devon, who politely told us (when we asked) about moving from Jamaica and raising 2 children to become a doctor... More

I had dinner with my husband on a weekday and tried the Wagu steak which was recommended to us by a great chef. I found it to be mediocre and overpriced but everything else from cocktails, appetizers, entres and deserts were wonderful. Highly recommend if your looking for good food and service.

We dined here on a Staurday nightl. The quality of the food was excellent, as was the service, however it did seem to get a little busy on Saturday night. As we were staying at the hotel, we visited on other occassions when it seemd to be much quieter.
