I coordinated a reception for a higher learning institution and one of the top media companies during a journalism convention. My experience was not a sit-down dinner but a reception. That said, the chef was amazing. When you consider lobster empanadas as "finger food", one can imagine the quality of food and service this establishment provided. I've done dozens of... More

Ate here two times during a recent 10 day stay at the Marriott Wardman where the restaurant is. Had the daily special one day (Two Maryland crab cakes over quinoa with asparagus) which was superb. The club sandwich was also very good. The dinner buffet was so-so.

I arrived just in time to have the brunch. It had a very nice made-to-order omelet/pancake/waffle station, a good variety of fruits, meats, etc., and (the best surprise) great smoothies. It is on the expensive side, though no more than I expected for that sort of hotel. Good service.

I generally discount the quality of hotel restaurants. That is big mistake here. I had a hamburger one day and crab cakes the next. The burger and fries was very good but the crab cakes are among the best in town at a very reasonable price. Service is friendly and a comfortable atmosphere

Service was traditional and friendly and the food was delicious. It was a little challenging to locate the entrance to the the dining area, but once there, it was fine. An easy alternative to leaving the hotel! I would return.

Exceedingly delicious breakfast with good coffee. Lots of nice options. Don't waste your time on the breakfast menu - go straight for the buffet. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

The food here was delicious but the service was extremely slow and surly. Soup (starter) took a very long time, and was extremely hot when served. Before the soup had cooled enough to eat, the entree was brought out. When I finished eating the soup the entree was already cold. It was delicious, even cold, but the timing problem should... More

I have not eaten at this place, so this review only covers the evening service, where 4 of us went for a drink. It took forever (about 20 minutes) for the server to even show up- despite the fact that the place was not crowded. He brought us our drinks and then never came back even once to check on... More
