My heart sunk when I found out its closed in Picton and then I got really great surprise when I found out they just moved to Blenheim.

A delightful discovery that delicate buttery croissants, danishes & baguettes better than any we found in NZ are available in a small shop in Picton. Even more surprising for a bakery, the coffee is great too!

Edith Piaf in the background, good coffee and great eat-in or take-away food, plus friendly staff. They don't do credit cards.

So disappointed. I brought two pieces of
Leomon Meringue Pie The size was smaller than normal and still cost $7.00. The pie had know base only biscuit around the sides of the pie. So all there was vitus filling and meringue on top. The sides of the pie with biscuit base I couldn't even get my teeth through it. This pie is only made on certain days which is disappointing as it is very popular. I have also purchased an apple
tart and had to throw it out S it was stale. When you sell this type of pastries you have to be careful that it is fresh. Find the hours of the shop irregular. Went in one Tuesdayunch time to Blenheim and they where closed. You lose business that way. I will not be returning as very very disappointing and will not be recommending to anybody to go to Posh Pastisserie

The owners of This little cafe are french and make everything themselves. The food is terrific. We each had quiche with a croissant and flan for dessert (at breakfast). I will return for an eclair before they close at 3pm!

Purchased chicken wraps for our boat trip.
These were delicious and well filled. There were other food options available and all look scrumptious.

This is the best gem in Picton! The food is over the top amazing. The chef is French and makes all of the pastries himself. The food is amazing! The quiche Lorraine was brilliant! The coffee is the best in Picton! You must go here!!!

Best cappuccino & croissants in Picton! And, the pain aux raisins is delightful, too! I was there each morning! Closed Monday & Tuesday, except when ships are in town.

I am a regular customer who never fails to be delighted with the beautiful selection of patisserie and amazing bread! I have never been disappointed and have always been given gracious service and excellent food. Picton is very lucky to have this caliber of french cuisine and I wish them all the success in the world because it is well deserved!! Hard work and quality ingredients are evident in every bite!!!

Everything looked lovely but taste did not live up to the look.Dreadful ficelle ,ordinary eclairs.Although the pastries looked very professional the taste did not live up to the look or the prices. The bread was tough and tasteless.

Omg. That must be the best bakery in whole New Zealand. We had savoury and sweets and both were amazing. It is also hard to pick because everything looks great.Chocolate cake with cherry I can't even describe how yummy it was. I wish there was more real French bakeries like this around. It's quite a new bakery in Picton so I just wish them good luck ! Great job!
