This place changed the meaning of the words “uneatable” and “unwelcoming” to me... We stepped in after visiting salt mine (which I greatly recommend). We were offered a table quite efficiently and ordered “golabki” and two lemonades. I started getting warried when I saw that...food is bought in disposable plates and disposable tableware is used, but this was nothing comperable to the smell and taste of the dish we have received. My mother and grandmother have been making golabki for like forever and I’ve eaten it in other restaurants in few countries but the smell and taste of the dish offered here was nothing compared to what you would expect... please remember that making galabki is extremely easy task and does not require highly skilled cook to achieve a good result. We both tasted it, ate just a bite each and could not take more... “Homemade” lemonade tasted like the one from very cheap shop and would be acceptable for 1 zloty not 16... When we went to the toilet we were stopped by a guy who seemed to run the place, who blocked our way and quite angrily asked us to show our table otherwise we can’t use toilet... no comment on this... Waiter did not ask any questions after we paid the bill and left 3/4 of the food intact... must be company policy...More

Today I had lunch with my family, including two kids. We sat in the terrace lounge and we were looked after straight away. The food was fabulous and the coffee and desert looked lovely too. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the staff were so...accommodating. This was our first lunch out as a family since the restrictions were lifted,. We will all definitely be back and are already looking forward to it. Lovely day out.More

Worst customer service ever. We came on a trip where the driver seemed to have some kind of a deal with the restaurant. There was 28 guests coming in ( a lot of money to be made) and not a clearly designated area to sit....The main part was busy with customers and other tables were free to sit down so the 28 people that came in took tables that were available. In one of the parts of the restaurants was a blonde( medium length hair) Middle Aged woman sitting with her laptop. For some reason she was not happy with the tables that were taken by new guests despite the fact they were not reserved. She started shouting at one of her staff members a women with medium length dark hair asking what was going on and clearly not being happy which was shown by her raised voice. The other woman started explaining that a big group of people came in so she got even more unhappy and said she was going to have a word with the driver. The blonde woman who lacked customer service spoke about the guests like we were a disease that was spreading and clearly she didn’t think there were polish speaking people in the group. Because we felt unwanted we left and found much nicer and cheaper place down the hill.More

stopped here having to kill some time before going to the salt mines and it was a good choice. I really appreciate the little details like the music, the decorations or the little things like candles at the bathroom. Really like it and had a...nice experience with the staff as well. Do recommend.More

To be honest, I have avoid this restaurant so far because I thought it was for tourists from the salt mine. Today I was there for a family dinner and I was positively surprised. I liked every dish very much. Fried red pine mushroom were...great, dumplings with lamb were sensational, consommé with dumplings were very tasty, and also very good duck in “Wieliczka” style - with potato dumplings and beetroot. I can mention only one weak point - consommé should be hot, not warm :). For the number of people who were there today, the quality of the food is really great. I also really like the design, although I would prefer a little less people :).More

I can’t recommend this place enough. We had a lovely hot chocolate in the morning & we were so impressed with the service that we decided to come back for lunch after the salt mine. Lukasz was absolutely fantastic as our waiter. He made sure...we felt comfortable and recommended the best beer. All the staff were extremely friendly and it was overall a lovely atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious- would highly recommend the soup in a crusty bread loaf (see picture attached). Overall a 10/10 experience- I wish I could give it more than 5*.More

The food here is good and the portions are OK. We tried some traditional rye soup in bread and cabbage stews in bread.

The place looks nice and cosy. You can try here traditional polish food and it‘s tasty. Waiters are quite unpleasant. Our waiter took order wrong and brought food only for 2 people out of 3. Instead of excuses, she told it’s our fault in ordering....Also when we were asking to bring something fast (it was required to eat something after medicine) at least some bread - but we were told, that nothing can be served and even for bread you have to wait 20min...More
