Definitely try wine and probably sweet or salt pancakes on offer. Very kind and fast service. No overrated posh compared to several other bistros and cafes in Mikulov.

Rating: 4,5* As we have visited this place during St. Martin's celebration, Mikulov was pretty crowded, however Kafe Pala's gorgeous backyard was inviting as it looked like calm oasis. We stayed outside - mainly because of children's corner and because it was not enough place...for our baby stroller inside, but we didn't mind it at all. We had crepe with goat cheese which was really DELICIOUS, coffee (also tasty) but we were a little disappointed with home made Sacher which was in eye-catching way served with pansy flower, however the dough was not chocolate enough.More
Tasty crepes from buckwheat flour - with homemade jam or salty with spinach and other filling. Kind service and location in the middle of town centre.
Cafe Pala has a great silent garden just under the Mikulovsky zamek in the middle of the city centre. They offer a good coffee and homemade lemonade but they should a little bit elaborate the recipe of their crepes bretonnes.
This place has an amazing vibe. Set in the backyard of mediaval buildings with romantic garden. The coffee is good but nothing special. My friend had a pancake as well which was exceptionally great if you are into classic treats like this :) I would...recommend it for people that still have a place in their tummy after Czech lunch.More
Very good for morning coffee. Their pancakes looked very nice even though we haven't tried it. We also had wine but I wouldn't recommend that. For wine go somewhere else. If you want coffee and good food, this is your place.
Why don't more places serve buckwheat as an alternative? It's milled from a seed and not at all wheat related. Oh and it tastes amazing. Or maybe that was just Kafe Pala's forte. I will remember this breakfast for the rest of my life. Buckwheat...savory pancakes are a MUST for any gluten free person visiting the Mikulov area. Wow!!!!!More
The best pancakes I've ever had in my life...the "simple one" with marmelade was everything but not just simple at all. Also very kind staff. Definitely worth of visiting!
We stoped at Kafe Pala because they advertised that they roast their own coffee. And we have to say it was well worth a visi!!! Situated inside the block on a smalk courtyard it's a cozy cafe where you can get good snacks and tasty...filter coffee. Highly recommend!!!More
Was wonderfull breakfast! From special French flour pancakes! Thank you, very delicious and very good servis!
Amazing coffee. Service a bit slow and not many customers so we got slightly impatient. The pancakes were so tasty, recommend the complette pancake. Really cute interior and in the centre of Mikulov town.
Very delicious pancakes in nice place. 9/10 would eat here again. I only missed topping inside the sweet pancakes. It was little bit of dry. The salty pancakes were better.
It is one of rare places in Mikulov where you can have breakfast before 9:00. Very good and big breakfast together with good coffee. We recommend home made limonade.
A nice little place to have a rich breakfast or crêpes along a great coffee in the centre of Mikulov. They have a really large terrace open during summer and the most speedy Wi-Fi acces in town.
The place is rather small, but the crepes they make are delicious, and the service is fine. The toilets are rather small.
