Cafe Muna is located at the very heart of Narva, on the 1st floor of the Narva College of Tartu University. You can find us on Raekoja square 2. On a daily basis, we serve a wide variety of dishes from our a la carte menu. You can also enjoy our daily specials for lunch every working day. Our pastry section offers a selection of delicious cakes, desserts, salads, wraps, and sandwiches. Additionally, there’s a possibility to order catering services as needed.

We had high expectations and were not disappointed by Muna. Zucchini risotto was tender and went surprisingly well with shrimps and sun-dried tomatoes. Carbonara was basic but in a best sense. Tuna tartar with black rice had a lot of taste - by all means. The peppermint Panna Cotta was superb - worth to fly/drive miles for. Service was polite and reserved. Toilets still would need an extra attention, they spoil the overall atmosphere.

In connection with the changes concerning the Covid pandemic, we are forced to take increased measures in service and sometimes we find ourselves in situations where there is not enough time. But we try to pay attention to details and for sure will turn it to the situation with the toilets. This coffee shop / restaurant is in a modern building , first floor of the Narva College of Tarto University. Easy to find . The food was modern and healthy . Beautifully presented . A pleasant surprise and probably the best place to eat in Narva . Service was friendly too !

This food and service was excellent! We didn’t except that good food. It was delicious! Definitely the best place in Narva. Will recommend to friends and coworkers in Pärnu. Hope the owners understand the value of good waiters and chefs. They are the main reason this place have so good feedback! See you soon!

Perfect cafe

Fantastic: we descended on the Muna staff the nine of us, including fussy eaters, afternoon breakfast menu terrorists, and maddening cross-talk in three languages… The staff were totally cool, very helpful and generally exemplary. The food is very affordable and very tasty. Great place for lunch, highly recommended.

Positive: Nice atmosphere. Friendly service and for our suprise he spoke fluent estonian. Food look was nice but taste was slightly above average. Perhaps expectations were too high. Negative: Tables were sticky. Sweets counter was empty (pictures in web looked delicious).

We enjoyed the place. It is well located, in a quiet street, frequented by local people. Very modern, very clean, excellent food and quick service. Prices are very reasonable. They have set lunch every day. Highly recommended.

Nice little afternoon tea break.

Rather cosy and clean. Atmosphere is peaceful and lovely. Coffee is good, nice Lipton Tea selection to choose from. Cakes and buns not too huge selection, but it’s no season going on just now. Customer service was really nice and managed with my broken Estonian too. I love the fact, dogs are welcome here too.

This is an excellent cafe in the university. It is open to anyone not just students. We got the specials of the day which were mushroom soup and chicken Kiev. Both were delicious. The price was incredibly reasonable too.

I wanted to visit this caffe for a long time in Narva. It is situated on the ground floor of the college. Unfortunately girls work there are quite unfriendly. :( I would not recommend this place.

The best place at Narva

OK food, lack of service

The food was OK, nothing to complain about, but nothing to praise, either. The service, however, was slow and our order was forgotten. The staff were clearly too few to take the number of customers visiting the cafe.
