Nice food

The food was quite good, an interesting option to consider especially in a town where you can either get a stake or a pizza in other restaurants. The food was also definitely not overpriced. The only one minus goes to the waiter who kind of looked confused and in the order he completely forgot about my mom's salmon (he weirdly did not think there's something wrong that he is serving food to me and my brother and nothing to my mom). After all he did apologise and brought the dish in 5 minutes but at that moment me and my brother had already finished. So my advice is to focus on your service quality because the food is already nice.

Nice and cozy restaurant in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn. The Mexican food is really good. The prices and size of the meal is excellent considering the location and standards in the area. The stuff is very friendly and professional. I have been here 3 times and I am definitely coming back

Surprisingly Authentic Mexican in Central Europe

The food was excellent and very large portions. The service was not great but on par with most mid-priced restaurants in the Czech Republic. So If you are looking for a nice change-of-pace in this lovely resort town, give Abacante a try.

Our visit was very very disappointing; a lot went wrong. We ordered for 6 but only received for four. Ordered again so double on the bill. With the appetisers we received only 5, so one had to be ordered again. Not even finished when the main course arrived; for two people to much. At the end we our appetite and oaid our biill. And will never return, after 3 years we went there. Food was far less then before and to a mediocre level

No customer service!

Bad experience. We were completely forgotten after being served the meal even though the restaurant was empty. Not just that the portion of guacamole was sad but Noone came to check if we needed anything else to eat or drink. Therefore we stood up and went to get the bill ourselves with the waiter saying "Sorry, we forgot about you". After getting the bill, even though the staff were not attentive, we still decided to leave a small tip. The waiter refused with a rude gesture of not excepting it. How could you expect a high tip for no customer service? I have never experienced such rude staff!

The food was very disappointing. One dish had hairs in it, another was full of gristle and basically inedible. The beans and lentils in the dishes were not properly cooked so food had a weird texture. General impression was that the food was reheated and not cooked fresh.

Disappointing!

Extremely disappointing. We had a dinner in February 2023 and the food was outstanding, unfortunatelly I cannot say the same about tonights food. Very poor quality, especially the salad that was served as a side with each meal. The staff had an attitude after we said the salad wasn't fresh, came back and said " the chef said it's fresh!! I will not be eating there again, the worst Mexican I've ever had. Not sure what happend, a new owner? A new chef?

Long waiting

We went for dinner with friends and had to wait very long for our orders. The waiter was not very friendly, had a bad understanding of English and German, but the worse were the reactions. He dis not say that he does not understand, but it was clear from his face, so we were not sure if we get what we want. The food was ok, not the best though.

Enjoy a nice Mexican meal at a very friendly restaurant

Our group of 15 (!) got a very friendly welcome. We made reservations. All 15 dishes were served simultaneously! My chicken quesadilla was really good. The Abacante combo was also well liked. My virgin Mohito was a bit to dry/saur to my taste. Service was friendly, patient and quick. Go and enjoy.

You really need to try!

Absolutely amazing ribs!!! It’s about three hours I have eaten it and I ´m still full! Maybe I’ m gonna die but it was totally worth it! Friendly and kind owner who was nice to talk to. Great place which you really need to visit and taste! Bon appétit!

Delicious food and great service

I’m so excited about this place. Amazing food and friendly staff (which is quite hard to find in Spindleruv Mlyn sometimes). Place for whole family or couple of friends. Highly recommend.

Everything wrong, the food was cold and tasteless, the margarita was worthless, the operator had inappropriate comments. The worst Mexican we have ever visited. Never more

We very much enjoyed our relaxing dinner in this Mexican restaurant after a long hike. The food was plentiful and well prepared, our waiter friendly and the place had a good atmospere.
