Novosad microbrewery is located just next to the world famous Novosad Glassworks. microbrewery is situated right next to the world-famous glassworks. The brewery specializes in crafting three types of unpasteurized and unfiltered Pilsner-style yeast beers: Frantisek 12°, Certak 12°, and Hutske 8°. All beers are available for purchase in bottles. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu of local dishes and has a seating capacity of 150.

We were there recently with the whole family. Everyone found something to eat (even my daughter who eats very little). Czech cuisine is very tasty although a bit heavy (maybe because it is similar to Old Polish cuisine). Despite the good tastes, there is also a very nice service and we could easily communicate in Polish (I mean a nice young waitress who understood us without any problems). An additional plus are the prices, which are more favorable than on the other side of the border. We will definitely go back there again.

You will be taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. They serve you quickly and return to ask if you are happy with everything. The food is plenty and tasty. Maybe there could be more sauce but I'm sure they will happily bring more if you ask nicely. Despite the inflated prices for everything in the mountains, the items on the menu are still, within reason, affordable.

Outside area closes at 7 and only takes cash. Dark and light beer of their own. Very limited food outside but full menu inside that opens longer. Reasonable value and good food- maybe a little touristy. Friendly staff.

We visited the restaurant with family. The meal was ok. The bear both dark and white was very good. The waiters are friendly and very relaxed. Food was delivered fast enough. Garlic soup and schabowy were tasty, golionka so so. Strudel good too. In overall we will vome back.

Libor the brewery master gave us a personal tour and we had the opportunity to also taste and buy some of the beers! OH WOW, very pure and great taste! I can only recommend it, especially my favorite the dark brew 😋😋😋

Rozhodně zde nezískáte zážitek, o kterém byste domů psali z dovolené..Pivo výtečné. Jídlo podprůměrné. Objednali jsme si kuřecí obalovaný řízek s bramborem. Na talíři byla i obloha ze zeleninového salátů, který už pár hodin přesluhoval, co se týče čerstvosti. Řízek byl nerovnoměrně propečený, strouhanka nasáklá olejem..pravděpodobně následek smažení v nedostatečně horkém oleji. Prostředí nevkusné. Spousta reklamních nesmyslů na stole a v interiéru. Obsluha neupravená, bez úsměvu. Otázka na spokojenost při odklízení talířů nepadla. Byla nám nabídnuta káva, ale ta je zde připravovaná v automatu. Na více než 2/5 hvězd to bohužel není. Návštěvu zde nedoporučuji.
You certainly won't have an experience here worth writing home about from your vacation. The beer was excellent. The food, however, was below average. We ordered breaded chicken schnitzel with potatoes. The plate also included a side of vegetable salad, which had clearly been sitting around for a few hours and was far from fresh. The schnitzel was unevenly cooked, the breadcrumb coating was soaked with oil—likely the result of frying in oil that wasn't hot enough. The atmosphere was tasteless, with lots of pointless advertisements on the table and throughout the interior. The staff was unkempt and didn't smile. There was no inquiry about our satisfaction when the plates were cleared. We were offered coffee, but it's prepared here in a machine. Unfortunately, it's not worth more than 2/5 stars. I don't recommend visiting this place.

Service unbelievably slow (30 mins for drinks, 90 mins for main dishes), + a napkin in Caesar salad (see attached photo)!!!
Personnel slow, making an apology appeared to be something they never heard of.

Most probably one of the most famous restaurants in Harrachov with own beer Frantishek - we tried both light and dark, and typical Czech specialties - Garlic soup, Schnitzel or Pork knee, Pancakes. Friendly staff. Very good prices. Worth our visit.

Best local beer in Harrachov - Frantisek (lezak), Certak (dark lager), Hutske (3,2% alc. the best one, light and fresh).
Food unfortunately on basic level -maybe good for one-day German tourists, but if you expect real good taste - look for another restaurant.
