Excellent food, very friendly staff and exclusive “lívanec” Not extensive menu because we were there out of season but it doesnt matter, there was a little bit of everything

We have enjoyed our stay at the restaurant... it has a variety of Czech dishes as well as some modern options. Would recommend

Good food (svickova, goulash, smazeny sir). Service in medium level, prices also middle. Good Svijany beer on tap. Nice terrace.

We went there upon a recommendation from our hotel and unfortunately we shouldn't have. The place was full around lunch time so we expected some delays with the food, but when an hour passed and we asked when we were gonna get it, the waitress...was almost surprised we were asking and said something like "other are waiting too". Well, great. When the food finally arrived we found out the meat was half raw so we returned it, they just said "we will finish it" , without any explanation, let alone an apology. In another meal, a piece of bread was put right on the salat dressing so it was soaked and therefore pretty disgusting. In the end, they didn't hesitate to charge us the full price for that crap, which wasn't that much surprising after what we experienced here. Never. Again.More

We went to the restaurant with recommendation. The first visit was OK and the food was very good. The food we received next day wasn't and we went to search for another restaurant.

Awful food, not fresh, not good and not even good looking. I hope they change the cook or maybe even close this place. Serve food like this to the tourists is a joke.
