You could't ask for a more perfect location. Housed in an historic building surrounded by ionic columns, Kolonade offers postcard quality views of the Freedom Monument ant the Laima Clock as well as the National Opera and its gardens. The menu, which provides colorful photos of each dish, specializes in gourmet Latvian and international cuisine, which are prepared in the open plan kitchen.

We had a very good light lunch here, the food is excellent, the sommelier knows what he is doing. The staff are efficient but not overly friendly. All in all a good experience

Awesome place with a lot of choises for food and drinks. Tasted caramelized goat cheese, bruscheta and crockets of cheese. Everything was really delicious. Cocktais were really good too! Highly recommended!
