It's worth crossing half the globe just for one of Kukotava's amazing raspberry jam and cream-filled donuts!

Fresh, stunningly tasty and delicious pastries, sweet and salty. Cakes, pastries, ice cream and your favorite coffee. A wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee and your favorite dessert. We run here every time walking along Terbetas Street and recommend it to visit. Although...sometimes there are troubles with communication.More
We tried the Napoleon and Medus(Honey) cake. Both were delightful and not too sweet. The Napoleon is slightly different from usual as it seems to have a tinge of caramel. Prices are reasonable too! Great find and in a good location. Attitude of staff was...satisfactory as we went for take-out but stayed in the shop as it was raining heavily. They did not chase us out.More
Visited this place when we saw the baked goods. Lots of choice and all looked really nice. Tried a couple of pastries and was nice to see them baking fresh goods in the background. Really nice coffee and even went back to get more because...it all tasted so good!More
One type cake is great (napoleons). I mean really great. Staff is rude. Raise their voice at customers. Place smells like there is no air circulation. I walked away.
Unfriendly staff, our table was given away to someone who entered the store after us. No apology or solution was given. Will never come here again.
Desserts are simply out of this world. Loved the honey cake, not too sweet. The raspberry cake with pistachio filling was amazing.
The cakes are great, but... Theirs has got to be the most expensive coffee in town. No option for lactose intolerant, with the exception or Soya milk which costs extra 1.00 eur, which is way overpriced.
Wow. Love this place. Good choice and centre city area. Delicious bakery products & much more. Would love to visit again
This place has disappointed me several times in the past years and the service does not get any better. The wall behind has a friendly advice to ask any questions about the contents to the staff, but those few times I did, did not turn...out so friendly after all. On first I would get just a personal opinion, whether the ingredient is there or not ("I don't think so"), and my request to kindly check that with staff (standing just behind) seemed to irritate a lot. On top of all irritations, my kind request for a black coffee with cream got turned down with "we don't have a cream" (..when the whole place is full with it in every form..) and proceeds with making his own mind of what I should drink today. Like, really?More
The honey cake is awesome! Also the other cakes and cookies are delicious! The atmosphere was great as well.
Whilst walking past, drawn in by then array of baked products on display, so stopped in for a coffee and sweet treat. Had a slice of the honey cake. It was delicious - up there with the best we tasted on our journey through Latvia....Tried to visit another time on New Years Day, but sadly they were closed, so only one serving of the honey cake to remember our visit by. Can highly recommend - either the honey cake or one of the other variety of quality looking baked products available.More
I never eat inside, because the cafe is not so cozy. But when I am in that area I always pop in and take some desserts home. Honey cake is my favorite so far.
The honey cake is to die for! The pistachio eclairs were good. People seem to love this place. I saw a small dog there as well, so this might be dog friendly cafe.
Hundreds of fresh cookies, muffins and other types of pastries in the center of Riga. The only place we found a queue for the pastry and coffee to go. Tried delicious Christmas cakes and took some paneforte as a souvenir for the family back home....Good coffee, small bar. Highly reccomended.More
