Away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/restaurant area of Riga, the Rosemarine proved to be a delight for a relaxed dinner in authentic surroundings. The welcome was genuinely sincere, the staff were attentive and most helpful, and the menu was wide-ranging in catering for all tastes. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and, overall, our dining experience, including pre-dinner drinks and wine, represented outstanding value for money. Thank you Rosemarine for a great evening!

Restaurant with beautiful interior and a superb range of food options, albeit that they aren't all technically correct when translated.
To start, we had a garlic bread with "Cheese dip". Despite it being delicious, the Cheese dip was actually a Garlic dip, quite the surprise when it hit the back of my throat. But no bother, it was good.
My partner had the bruchetta, which went down pretty well, with no problems to report.
Portions designed for giants on the starters though. Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised to see the The Big Show from WWE munching on a plate of the garlic bread tomorrow night, and potentially complaining he was too full for his main afterwards.
For Mains, we had a salmon Burger and these Thai style noodles with Chicken Strips. Salmon and Honey Mustard was seriously good, and highly recommended. The Noodle dish was less impressive, but my personal opinion is that at this kind of price point (60 euro for starters, mains and drinks for 2) the food was top quality.
Restaurant was a little quiet, but considering this is a small Restaurant in Riga, with a lot of competition on a non-heaving, cold Tuesday night, I'm not sure much attention can be given to this point.
The table service was okay, if anything, waitresses slightly on the short side of conversation, but they probably don't speak English.
Can't give it 5/5 but anything less that 4 is absolutely a disservice to this decent little place.

I absolutely loved this place!
The service on the 15th of August was amazing and the food was so delicious.
The waiters paid attention when our glasses or plates were empty - we never felt that we were left alone. Big big thanks to the waitresses working that evening!
The food was out of this world! I enjoyed every bite.

We made a reservation a week in advance, arrived on time, but the table was given to someone else. The staff did not apologize, and we were seated at a small, cramped table without cutlery…
The waiters were unqualified and the atmosphere at the restaurant was hectic, either due to lack of employees on shift or bad seating.
However, the food was amazing (3+/5) and very much enjoyable.
Even still, it seemed a little expensive given that it was a cafe restaurant and there were cards being played at the adjacent table…
I wouldn't recommend the place because of its lack of organization especially considering the prices.

The service was bad. I was standing by the entrance for a long time without any attention from the staff. The waitress didn’t ask if we liked the food and if everything was ok. Actually it wasn’t- my steak was well done instead of medium, and when I told it to the waitress, there were no apologies and no action taken. The cheesecake was the worst I ever tried at the restaurant so don’t recommend. When we were leaving the place, the waitresses were having drinks and chatting at the bar and didn’t even say goodbye.
Hope the management will see this and take action, we were disappointed.

seriously ?? Is the chicken or duck roulette bought in the supermarket covered with warm broth a restaurant-worthy soup? and damaged dry shiitake ?! second hand furniture and cheap flea market chairs. it's like collecting junk, cheap products, pouring it with warm broth and declaring it a Restaurant?

First of all - the lovely interior and atmosphere "caught me" right as I walked through the front door. Such a romantic and chic place but still doesn't feel stiff or uncomfortable.
The service was good and surprisingly fast and the food was delicious! I had the tomato soup with goat's cheese and it was the best I've ever had - so creamy!
The hours spent at this place went by unnoticed. Such a shame I don't live in Riga anymore because I would love to visit this place again and again.

Amazing experience, the omelette was so fluffy and tasty, coffee was great, crepes were delicious, atmosphere was great and cozy! We went with friends and everyone left happy and full! It was an overall amazing experience and prices were good too!

Wonderful. Great shady cool spot outside. Rosti with salmon fresh and tasty. Black burger with salmon and sweet potato fries amazing. Walnut cheesecake and wine choice great. Service lovely!

Went there in the sunny evening, and environment was very nice: in outside terrace weather was nice, and overall cosy environment. The place was romantic and personnel was pleasant, spoke english well.
Dishes were tasty, visual representation was also very nice ◡̈

Ceasar salad was awful! Not Roman salad, but lettuce cut in huge and think peaces. Shrimps were awful too. You could not feel the shrimp itself because of the covering.

The ravioli was a solid 10/10. My friend had the chicken alfredo and thought it was amazing. We had our meal outside, the place was really cute.
