Loved the atmosphere here, Very cozy sittings. Had dinner & drinks, recommend reservation as sittings are limited. High quality cocktails & delicious food, we had Tiger Prawn Salad, Tuna, Prawn Spring roll, shisha. Price is reasonable.
Extremely disappointed. I made a booking for work for 9 people on Friday night and I was really excited because I really wanted to try the place plus with all the good reviews I thought I was going to look great in front of my...team and my bosses, once we arrived there we were turned away because they didn't really take the booking even though they had confirmed it to me via chat "Sorry we messed up, we didn't take your booking you can try going to X instead" was all I got from them which obviously with 9 people on a Friday night doesn't really cut it. I looked so m bad infront of my bosses and I couldn't even do a big drama because obviously I didn't want to make the night worse... I truly hate leaving bad reviews but it was so embarrassing that I had to. Do not go if you have any important event/meeting etc., they are not reliable!!!More
We have't tried the food, but drinks are super fun and nicely presented (each cocktail would have different presentation). Atmosphere is great, dimmed lights, intimate setting.
Excellent service with great cocktails in a cozy athmosphere. Also if you feel adventerous, the drink suggestions are spot on.

We originally wanted to visit Bar XIII in Riga’s Art Nouveau district, but when we arrived at six pm (the time that XIII was slated to open, we found out that the opening times posted on the web had changed by one hour. Then it...started to rain like cats and dogs, and so we darted into Cloud Nine right next door – what a pleasant surprise. Cloud Nine is a classy, sophisticated cocktail bar that also serves a few food items (the Vietnamese salad rolls were top notch, by the way). Comfortable seating, and an excellent list of cocktails make Cloud Nine a highly recommended place to visit. My highlight was the Metaxa Sazerac, a Greek twist on the New Orleans classic with Metaxa and Ouzo – very, very tasty. Amazing staff, service was excellent. Great place to chill with friends for a few drinks and have a shisha, but make sure you have a reservation, place is not so big.
We went there for dinner and drinks. Food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Plenty of cocktail options which was also great. Staff was tentative. Great place to relax after a day in the city.

During business trip to Riga I visited 3 renowed cocktail bars: Left door bar, Bar XIII and Cloud Nine. All were really good but for me Cloud 9 was the best. Profesionally made cocktails (classics and signature) and tasty bar snacks. Classic Bourbon mint julep...was the best of the bunch! Highly recommended.More
It is an underground place in Riga. We have been here on advise of someone from Riga. The decoration of the place is not bad. But then that is it. Their business is based on the girls. Some people from outside invites you here, they...eat, drink and let you pay the bill. Many prostitution from outside try to lure you inside to let you pay expensive bills. If you are not planning to be harmed financially absolutaly avoid this place.More

My friend was celebrating her birthday in Cloud Nine bar. I was there for the first time and was really impressed. This place has a unique privileged club atmosphere and the best cocktails in Riga so far. It is pricey, but totally worth it.
Some very creative cocktails are served here. The bartenders are really cool and will make you feel welcome. Try their signature cocktails!
