We have been customers for a long time since the first booth was opened.
The latest experience was disappointing, but the food quality of the new restaurant has declined.
I ordered double size "Red onion jam burger" (price: 11€):
-the beef patty was under seasoned and over cooked and dry and burned.
-there wasn't enough "Uulits herb mayonnaise", very dry.
- same story with red onion jam.
Same experience by my wife, but she ordered regular size burger.

Place is pretty new in the city and lot of people all the time so it was time for me to try. I tried a choriso burger with chilly, was not too spicy, right on. Burger very small and I had the idea that it was pre cooked 8.50
Food came out very fast.
Fries very dark, salty and soft. They try to be different which is good but at 4.50 for a bowl of dark soft fries they better don't try to be so fancy.
One waitress brought drinks from the bar, food I had to pick op at counter.
Anyway I will give it a second try.

Very good food. It is cool that you can choose if you want burger or wrap. And the frensh fries are delicious.
Also the service was very good.

I have been to Uutlis twice. One time I had the salted burger with salted caramel and the fires with caramel. The other time I had truffle fries and the burger with blackcurrant jam. The caramel burger and fries sound odd, but they were good. I especially loved the caramel burger and intend to go back and eat that again. The truffle fries and the blackcurrant burger were also very good.
This restaurant is in the KAMPUS complex with a couple other food service places. Uutlis serves burgers, fries and the like, while at a different counter one can get poke bowls and another offers beverages. It's basically a fancy food court. There is a couple locations in Tallinn too.
The service has been good, fast even when busy. The food is mid range price wise; don't think it's cheap just because they have a food court set up.
