The service was way below average, decor very outdated and prices high for the quality offered. Ony three pasta choices and potate panckakes in the main menu. The entrance fee wasn't too clearly advertised. Cats were cute.

Waitress, who was serving us was unfriendly. Left us with menus and didn't come back, so after 15 minutes I tried to walk towards bar to order and was told to get back to my table and she will come around. She didn't smile and...service was very unpleasant. Cats were absolutely lovely and we enjoyed their company. However not sure I would be back as service put me off.More

This place has an entrance fee of 5 euros which is too much considering that we’re still talking about a half-empty cafe even if it has a few cats walking around in it. The staff welcomes you at the door wearing a t-shirt with a...big Russian coat of arms on it. Remember: we’re in Estonia, a country which lost the most of the 20th century under brutal Russian occupation. That t-shirt tells you pretty much about the mentality of the place: give us your money and we will serve you - if we feel like it. You know, the Russian style of customer service. The staff doesn’t speak much English either. The cats do not let you pet them and just ran away even from our girls who are very gentle to animals. I guess the cats have so many bad experiences that they try to avoid people. I would not recommend this place to anyone.More

I called in advance to book a table. We didn’t get any info about the entrance fee but if it’s really for the animals, it’s okay. The standard of service really shocked us. The waitress didn’t speak Estonian very well, didn’t write our order down...and forgot a lot of stuff. One of us got our order like 10-15 minutes before the others which meant that she was finished by the time we started. My mom ordered the salmon soup and it was filled with corn, like the soup was half corn. I ordered the vegan risotto but I have a feeling it was not 100% vegan, judging by my strong bellyache that usually happens only with dairy. I’m not sure if we were the only ones that didn’t think about it, but the smell of cat urine was quite bad. Cats pee but it’s really uncomfortable to eat with that kind of smells around you. Oh and the door that leads to the bathroom is broken or something because we got stuck and a grownup man had to use a lot of force to get us out. Also, not as many cats as we thought and our table had a nice view to the kitchen, one girl had her hair down and the “chef” or whatever microwaved a lot of food :)More

We like both cats and cafés, but the combination not always works. Nurri lacks atmosphere. The place looks empty and devoid of life. The waitress was very introvert and spoke barely English. The food was OK, but Kama is not my thing. Nothing wrong with...the cats though. 2 stars for the café, one extra for the lovely cats, especially the red one.More

We had read some bad reviews before visiting but we had a positive experience. We found the waitresses to be nice and explained to us about a couple of the cats. We ordered one main meal to share as we don't eat much at lunch...time and asked for 2 plates and they kindly brought it out on 2 plates for us. We did order about 3 alcoholic drinks each and some treats for the cats. The half portion size each was huge and plentiful so pleased we did that as we couldn't have managed more. Also, a lot of people were moaning on this site about the £5.00 entrance fee each to go in. We didn't think this was a problem or an issue as it goes towards the care of the cats and also you are having a difference experience. Yes the cats come onto the table etc. but you are in a cat cafe what do you expect enjoy it and embrace it. We enjoyed it thank you for a lovely visit.More

Very terrible service. Server was a russian speaker with very poor estonian speaking skills. We were with children and asked if we can help to feed the cats at 18:00 as it said in the menu. She said yes. At 18:30, after nothing happened, we...asked will they feed them or not. Server said it doesn’t depend of her and did nothing. But food was very good :)More

Just walked by and stepped in. My kid liked cats but I didnt like a concept and interior nor food. Food dishes where dirty. But i hated the most that they have a enterence ticket. Didnt see any sign on a door or information from...waitress (they have to let you in) until we were unpacked, and ready to order. Oh yes — It was wtitten on a menu. Like is it hard to put sign on a enterence door?More

One of the most unique places I've ever been. If you are a cat lover or you just want to have a different experience, book a place and you won't regret it. The cats are eager to meet and to play with you. Just one...thing you have to remember. Respect the rules because you will go on their territory. Enjoy!More
