It’s more of a gastropub/pizzeria with a short but well curated wine list. The view is impossible to beat, the food came in fast and perfectly executed. Elk shepherd pie was a star of the show. I was surprised to see service complaints - our...More

Delicious food and excellent service . We had our wedding anniversary dinner and were served Portwine, surprisingly from the year of our wedding day. It made us very happy!

During our stay in Tallinn, we made a reservation in Noa Restaurant. I really liked the way of serving food and of course the combination of ingredients. But the only way you can travel there - is by car. The view is amazing!

Went there with my GF for a romantic dinner and it was amazing. Easy booking, friendly staff, tasty food and fancy drinks. It is pricy but totally worth it. Ordered stake and pesto-pasta as main dishes - 5+. Desserts were good but nothing special -...More
