It´s a small dark dungeon, with servers dressed typically as in the medieval times. We went there based on recommendations about the soup and pastries. The lady at the counter yelled at my wife because she took a photo, and she kept yelling even when...More

Dark, cramped, medieval (but in a good way) and serving a tasty selection of pies (Inc. vegetarian) and several great draught beers and ciders. There are also ribs and sausages available and everyone gets the opportunity to attempt to spear a pickle out of a...More

.....an experience and a half. The buxom maids give as good as they get. The Elk pie and soup - you wouldn't know they're Elk - but good fun for a lunch break. Recommend

Chief lady was a star. How she speaks make a lot of climate, in a place which have a lot of it on it's own. Decoration are wonderful. It is great place, especially for memories. Variety of food is very small, although very tasty

Wish I could give a better rating because I really liked the cozy, medieval feeling of the place but the woman taking the orders there was so rude which I wasnt sure if she was faking it for the sake of acting in a medieval...More

Very limited pastries that are coldish and very greasy. Locals don’t come here. It has a medieval dungeon ambience so only tourists come here for over priced mediocre food.

If you want to be treated rudely and also get fooled - go there! Went inside to ask if it‘s self-service. Lady behind the counter didn‘t want to understand me. Furthermore she made jokes about me and my wife and laughed. Don‘t go there. It‘s...More

I doubt that, as they didn't know about gluten in 1453. But it's more of a place where you go for a quick lunch, so it won't take long to figure that out. They got soup (mostly meat, you gotta ask), pies (like a shepherd's... More

Description
Located under the 12th Century Raekoda (Town Hall) building in the main square of Old Town Tallinn, Kolmas Dragon (or the Third Dragon) is a small medieval-themed tavern. This charming eatery with its beautiful-period interior is hosted daily by a group of petulant housekeepers whose job it is to entertain all-comers with their brusque and rude service manner. However this is all purely theatrical - a style that is closer to the behaviour that one would have received in the medieval ages. Specialities that are served include beef ribs, elk soup, savoury pastries, pickles from a barrel, teas, wines and the famous house beer. All those who enter should therefore be ready for not only tasty foods and beverages but also to some exceptionally entertaining service.
