Ocean 11 is an amazing seafood restaurant with an impeccable view, located in the cruise terminal at the Port of Tallinn – sea on one side and port on the other. Majority of our delicacies come from the sea and the ocean, but forest and agricultural products – along with different meat dishes – are also represented.

I ordered the pikeperch. It tasted good. The green coloured sauce is nicer than the white sauce. It comes with both. And i had a choc &a cranberry truffle. Choc tasted better, more rich. The handmade bread (on the house) tasted really great. Soft. And the butter is just nice.

Really stylish place with gorgeous decor and great service. Food was fantastic, you must try the seafood pasta yum! Wayyyy better than similar dish at the very popular Gianni.
They had lots of seating outside but unfortunately no umbrellas and Estonian heatwaves are crazy making it impossible to sit outside due to heat, which was a bit of a shame.
Only giving 4 stars because the white wine we had was not great and wine prices overall are a little too high..
Overall a fantastic place, makes you feel like you're dining directly above the sea with views of the nearby ships, truly magical!

We arrived to the restaurant 1 hour and 10 minutes before they closed and we were shared that restaurant was closed. We made an attempt to order one portion of pasta to be quick, but they couldn’t take the order. We asked for plain bread if possible but also that could not be arranged, so we simply had some coffee and ice cream. To our surprise another family arriving after us, they could both order and get bread…
I felt that we were not treated fair or with respect.

Disappointment … the location seems to be ideal, despite that the atmosphere of the place is quite « cold ».
Service is okeeish, speed is discutable, and content of the plate is good but simple.
Seems to me to be a place willing to look BCBG.
I would not opt for it during the peak season for sure.
It is a « checked » place on my to-do list, and will not be on my re-do list, sorry.

The worst restaurant experience ever! Everything was beginning very well - pleasant atmosphere, polite waitress, the starter was very good. The problems began after quite a long time of waiting for the main course – the waitress brought it only to my girlfriend and said, that she decided to bring it to her to eat it warm, because my own was not ready yet. She apologized for the situation, but no reasons were provided. In the beginning, I have taken the situation with understanding and kept calm - sometimes delays can happen. But only in the beginning, because totally, I was waiting more than thirty (30!) minutes. In addition, I have seen, that the same dishes (we ordered the special menu, that was popular this evening) were brought to a table behind me and to a table left from me. During the time I was waiting, the waitress came and apologized once again and said, that the main course would be brought as soon as possible. For me, it sounded ridiculous and even offensive at that moment. Anyway, I don't have any pretensions toward the waitress, but only to the management of the restaurant, because they allow such situations to happen and do not give any instructions to the personnel, on how to work with a client in such cases. For me, it seems elementary, that in such situation a client wants to get some explanations and maybe apologies from a manager. From another side, maybe it's fully usual situation in this restaurant that happens every day. In such case, I do not recommend it for visiting.
P.S. The main course was really tasty, but my mood was so bad at that moment, that it was very difficult to enjoy. My girlfriend's main course was not so good, because when it was brought to her, it was not warm enough.

Our friend booked the table, as it was last year one of the hit restaurants. The glory seems to be over, no need to book anymore, unless sea view table needed.
Restaurant is pretty comfortable and one side has a nice view on see. The service was fast and friendly.
I ordered bottle of 2017 white wine (over average price). Instead was offered 2022. Then I ordered 2020 Sancer. Got 2021 , what I accepted.
The food, we got, could be considered healthy. My white fish was overcooked/dry.
First course size was more or less ok (but still expensive). The second course fish was really small. At least for that price. After we discussed to have follow up meal, as we all were hungry.
In Tartu resto Hölm I got 2 times bigger fish portion and paid ca 25% less.
For the drink and view it is pretty good, for the food, too expensive for that what you get.

One of the best restaurants in Tallinn with great view and very best food.
The location is a little bit far from city center but a 20 minutes walk is ok if you do not hurry.
The restaurant is in the Port and even if you go by car a 7-10 minutes walk you will do but is very pleasant because you will admire the sea (do not let yourself fouled by the name Ocean what you can see in front is the Finnic Gulf part of the Baltic Sea).
The food is great and all we took was very good so I will not enter into debate regarding the dishes.
The prices are not as high, but they are above average.
Go on the sunset time cause the location is perfect for a sunset.

Had a very good evening with friends. Food was excellent, specially the seafood platter and tuna tartar. Service was great, waiters did a very good job. All of the restaurant personnel was very helpful and caring. Interior was nice and view was good. Recommend to go there and I will visit it again.

We had seafood platter for 2 as a starter and it was excellent. Wanted to repeat it as main course. But decided to try the main course and didn't regret a second. I am looking forward to come back. One of the best restaurant experiences I had. The service is just right, very professional, but modest and not annoying.

A very pleasant restaurant with a great location. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Professionals. We have visited the restaurant three times and have never been disappointed. And of course the meals are wonderful. I definitely recommend a visit.

Went there, asked if i could seat, got the two menus (food and drink), AFTER i ordered oysters, mussels and a glass of wine, at 21:10 waitress came to say the kitchen was closed, but i was there before 21:00… so, speechless experience for me

This was the best seafood platter we’ve certainly ever had. And it came with a sea view too - we even got to watch a cruise ship depart. The staff were super, the food was a marine feast and the modern venue all made it a birthday meal to remember.
