Both here and on Google maps it sez the restaurant only does takeout/delivery now. That's not true; you can go and eat there. I asked, and they said they knew ofc but there was no way to change these listings. Weird.
This is a strange...place in that it is a good, mid-level Chinese restaurant that optically sells cheap fastfood dive - the cellar location, the menu, the cutlery, the entire presentation. Only it isn't - the food is real (what some people call "authentic") and not standard, but also not cheap at all, and this is one of the more credible Chinese restaurants in Tallinn. Count on €20 per person for a simple weekend lunch with soft drinks, especially as side dishes are never included (I find it slightly annoying when people charge for plain rice). And the spiciness range 1-5 is more Chinese than Estonian - 1 is already spicy and not mild.
What I minded is that there was a hen group of four coming in who were completely maskless. They did check in with QR and so on and then sat down, but it is against the law (and there are preciously few reasonable anti-Covid19 laws in Estonia), so to tolerate this and not even remind them - which must be company policy - is bad, and it's a bad sign re being lax about any rules.
