Clayhills is the first gastropub in Tallinn, Estonia. Our menu takes inspiration in British, European and local Estonian tradition and we carry a wide selection of local and international beers and wines. The word gastropub comes from the combination of two words "gastronomy" and "pub" and was created in Britain in 1991. Gastropubs are a recent trend that serves high quality food in a relaxed environment. Live music is a strong part of our identity and every weekend after dinner at 22.00 we have live music for your enjoyment. We look forward to seeing you!

This looked like a good place in Tallinn old town to get quality food and drinks but we were disappointed. My partner's fish and chips was good, if a little expensive, but my rabbit pie was most disappointing - there wasn't much to it and...More

So many places to choose from to eat dinner. We spotted Clayhills during our wandering and the reviews were spot on. Really enjoyed our evening.

I've now been twice - once to avoid a rainstorm, and once to try the food. The bartender the first time made the best martini I've ever had (I later learned he'd added a barspoon of St Germain, which I now add to all my...More

Went for a lunc. The place was very busy. We both ordered fish and chips, which looked amazing when brought to table. The taste was however a bit bland. It was ok, but not likely to come back. Our waitress, however, was a true professional....More

The Clayhills is a very cozy and nice place. Very good choice of main dishes, but our main bald waiter was completely drunk and smelly

Arrived in Tallinn tired from travelling and wanted a nice meal in a beautiful spot. It was raining so we thought our plan for a meal on a patio would have to wait. Wandering along Pikk we spotted this with its oversized umbrellas, heaters and...More

Six of us were there for dinner. My meal was decent but some of the others were pretty disappointing. The salad with goat's cheese had very little greens for one.

We discovered Clayhills quite by accident, having trawled all the "usual" places around the square desperate for an indoor seat (a chilly windy evening). Space indoors? No problem. And then the service just kept on giving. Friendly, helpful, not rushed, yet still super efficient. My...More
