It is an opportunity to taste Uzbek kitchen style. Food is most likely yet ready in this big slow cooking stove, so nearly zero waiting. Taste is good and worth the price. Sad to have to eat with plastic cutlery.

The wonderful aroma of bread freshly baked in an open top clay oven, a bit like a tandoor, stopped us in our tracks! We watched as the Uzbek master baker slapped the fresh dough on the inner walls, and looked at the selection of crisp...More

Great Uzbek food and very friendly staff. Also, it is really cheap (plov for 7€, big bowl of soup around 4€)

I was surprised, if i found that place in market. Authentic Central asian taste, memoryes from 1980-s. Maybe rice dishes (plov) littlebit dry, but Cheburek and other pastries taste good. I try found a moment to get back and enjoy!

Without a doubt, one of the best food experiences I've had in my life. First time trying Uzbek food and completely feel in love! All dishes beautifully made, super-nice service and perhaps the best quality-price ratio in the whole Balti Jaama Market. I truly recommend!

Really nice people and atmosphere inside the Turg Market. We ordered Uzbek Pilaf and a couple of Cheyborek’s (lamb and beef). The flavours were delicious and the food was freshly prepared from the kitchen next door. Traditional Uzbekistan food that feels like we are sitting...More
