Amazing service, food and portions were excellent and prices were fair. Ambiance was very nice, wish I would have taken a table outdoors because it was ethereal!

Excellent quality food, good wine list, professional and friendly service. This restaurant really lives up to it's name, lovely garden and stylish indoors in an old villa near Kadriorg palace. A must visit restaurant on Tallinn
We had a lunch there at Aug.22, 2020. Till that we have had some excellent dinners there so it was our 1st lunch and the 1st time having a table at their garden-area. Everything was what you would like to have from a good restaurant...- excellent food, good service, enjoyable atmosphere. This time there was no need for a reservation. Also there were several free parking places.More
It is really nice to sit behind the restaurant on the park side on a sunny evening. Starter set for two was amazing. Main course was pretty good also but nothing overwhelming. Prices are expensive of course. Service was very friendly.
Nice setting in outside terrace area, good service and very good food! Lots of different appetizers and pretty wide selection of mains also.
We had table on the second floor on the "Chef's floor" with Tasting menu. The food was good just combination through totally off, as we had first 3 entries with fish and once we were full they served as quail wrapped in bacon... that was...overkill. I would not say that the place was romantic as we were seating like inches away from other couple and sometimes we had to whisper (( We were lucky enough as the table for other side did not came ... eventually as seats became available some even had to request to be reseated to have more privacy. I wish there was at least background music... Overprices as well for such poor confront. Ahh.. it would help to have the menus in other language as well besides Estonian. Nevertheless the server was good and helpful.More
Mon Repos is kind a hidden treasure. Located in Kadriorg bit away from city center near the Kadriorg park. And I say it is worth to find it and visit! We had a table in the first floor and as it was December 31 restaurant...was crowded and it was great atmosphere. The staff was very professional and we felt very welcomed. The waiter explained the menu, and made good wine recommendations. The food was delicious and portions with the right size. Thank you, Mon Repos for the last dinner of 2019, it was memorable in positive way!More
Great restaurant to visit while you in Tallinn.Staff always ready to help, extreme cleanliness, posh atmosphere and delicious food with perfect delivery.
Excellent place. We were having New Year’s dinner there. The place was nice, food was delicious and service was great. So nice people are working there. Totally suggest this restaurant!
We visited this restaurant on our last night of a highly memorable trip to Tallinn. In addition to the architectural beauty of Tallinn and the friendliness of the locals, the food had been consistently exceptional and tremendous value for money - I say that as...someone aged 60+ who is a seasoned traveller. The experience started well in that we arrived about 45 mins before our booking and the restaurant were able to accommodate us as not busy. Our coats and shopping bags were politely taken and stored in the cupboard in the foyer. Thereafter .... Bread was brought to our table even though we hadn't requested it - assumed it was gratis but was added to the bill - not a big deal in the measure of things. No side plates provided for the bread - again not a big deal. My starter involved mussels - had to ask for a side plate, which was brought but no finger bowl - again, not a big deal. But my daughter's main course involved two chicken portions. The first was OK but the second was very pink/uncooked. I called the waiter and his response was, "I need to consult the chef".. He returned saying it was OK because it had been prepared in a 'special' way. Despite this 'reassurance', my daughter felt uncomfortable about eating it. The waiter took away our plates without the faintest acknowledgement that my daughter hadn't touched the said piece of chicken. We left shortly afterwards - no help with our coats etc on departure; we had to forage in the cupboard to find them. In summary, inflated prices for an unexceptional meal, with service that was totally unemphatic, arrogant and verged on the RUDE.More
