The food was very good and we ordered alot. Good prices. The girl who served us was nice and spoke good English. The only negative thing was that we had to wait 20mins to get the menus, after arriving.
I heard this place had closed but it just has a new owner. What a great job he is doing. Very welcoming and friendly, beer and food was very good at a good price. His young lady although seems she is new to the pub...trade was a star too. We called in 4 nights in a row.More
Years ago it was on of my favourites to have a beer etc. My last visit was probably a couple of years ago thus I decided to visit it with our business partners. It was a good choice. Starter and main courses were very tasty...and the same about beer. Service was a kind of "frozy" but our goal was not to spend a time with talking to waiter :) Place is clean, location is good. Prices are OK. Not for romance. I recommend. P.S. It is the oldest Pub in Tallinn.More
The restaurants advertised being the oldest pub in Estonia. On our trip we found other restaurants/pubs doing the same thing. I don´t know if it´s true for this one.
The food was very decent. Low-standard food in tavern-like atmosphere, with ketchup and mustard added on...all the tables.
However, on the positive side they were one of few places that were open late for dinner. They also had some nice beers and there were a few TV-screens showing soccer.More
Late drinks and snacks with friends .
Friendly helpful lads behind the bar which we were surprised at as every other place we went that weekend had disinterested , unfriendly , bone idle staff .
Reasonably priced drinks and snacks which made a change from...being ripped off
Nothing fancy , just a standard pub .
We enjoyed this place for drinks mostly but the night we had a meal we were astounded by the quality of food and the price. You will pay double in the square for what you can get here. Do it and enjoy. Thoroughly recommnended for...food and drinks. Cheaper, better and used by locals which says it all???More
We decided to have one drink in here as it is the oldest pub in Tallinn. It was a nice cellar bar and friendly staff. On ordering they said there was an offer on 3 beers so my partner had 3 beers and I ordered...a drink then helped in out!! Good price, nice atmosphere worth a visit. We didn't eat as had other plans but food looked good.More
